thank you for your interest in “Lambda – Premium Moodle Theme”. If you decide to purchase the theme, I can of course send you a solution to get a “My Courses” dropdown menu item at the Moodle custom menu. I have already done this for some other customers.
However, Moodle 4.0 introduced the new “My Courses” page as a new element of the navigation UI: https://docs.moodle.org/400/en/New_for_students
This page offers your students a complete overview of their courses. They can also search and filter their courses, so this is a big improvement compared to a dropdown menu. Therefore, the “My Courses” dropdown is more of a relic from older Moodle 3 versions and is no longer included directly in the download version of the theme, but only upon individual request.
How can I know which Lambda version is installed in my Moodle system?

as an admin, go to “Site Administration” > “Plugins” > “Plugins overview”. There you can find all installed plugins with their version numbers. The list includes all modules from the core Moodle installation, so it’s quite extensive. However, you can click the “Additional plugins” link above to view only the additionally installed plugins.

This setting option is useful if you would like to provide content pages for your non-logged users. If you decide to purchase the theme, the following theme setting options are available for the breadcrumb navigation: #1 always visible, #2 hidden for non-logged in and guest users #3 always hidden

although Lambda is listed within the list of error codes, this does not mean that it causes this issue. This can also be seen from the fact that Lambda is not at the top of this list, but is instead also affected by the error in this chain. It seems that your Moodle core “Main Menu” block contains some kind of resource that is causing this issue after your upgrade. I’m currently reviewing your theme on Envato Market. On the demo site, when I click on any course, I’m redirected to the login page, and therefore I cannot view the course detail pages.
Before making a purchase decision, I need to confirm whether it is possible for non-logged-in users (guests) to view course detail pages and whether they can proceed with purchasing a course directly via credit card.
This functionality is critical for my project. If possible, could you either provide guest login credentials or temporarily unlock access to the course pages on the demo site?

Every course in the demo site is open for guest access. Normally, you shouldn’t need a username and a password for the guest access. But if the guest access doesn’t work for you, please try and open the demo page with the following direct link (without the ThemeForest frame): https://lambda-demo-01.redpithemes.com/ (or https://lambda.redpithemes.com/ )
We are looking for a platform where teachers can have one to one as well as group classes published. It should have LIVE stream integrated. The teacher profile should show the calendar availability of the teacher. Student should be able to book the open time slot instantly. Just like preply! Do you have these features?

I downloaded the front page blocks when I initially purchased the theme. However, they are no longer compatible with Moodle 5. Unfortunately, I’m unable to submit a support ticket as my support period has expired.
I originally assumed that the front page course blocks were part of the theme updates, but now I’m being asked to make another purchase just to access them again. This is quite disappointing, as it effectively means that even if you don’t need active support, you’re still required to pay a subscription every six months—unlike other themes that offer one-time payments.
The demo content works perfectly with Moodle 5. Please ensure that you are using the correct theme version for the latest Moodle release. Frequently asked questions about this upgrade can be found in the documentation for Lambda. As with all other items here at ThemeForest, the one-time payment includes lifetime free updates, while the support subscription can be renewed if needed.

That’s the same file I downloaded last year when I purchased the theme. I’m unable to open a support ticket now because the website requires me to pay for support again. It says, “You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” — which I already mentioned in my first comment. I originally bought this theme specifically for its front page features, but now I’ve discovered that I’m expected to pay again just to access what I’ve already paid for. This is really disappointing.
As being said: The documentation contains some FAQs about Moodle upgrades and continuing to use your previously added content. Extending support is voluntary. You can download the new demo contents at any time.
This is the best Moodle theme. We have been using it for 6 years now, and the updates are timely and error-free. Is there an ETA on a Moodle 5 theme? We will update our production system, but we will wait until your Lambda theme is ready.

Cool. I just downloaded it, and it looks great. I did see one issue. The four-slide carousel of images does not work correctly. The login photos display full screen and block parts of the login section (buttons, links, and borders) on the left side. It does not matter if I select the centered position of the login window. The images do not cycle like they used to. A single image works fine.
Super quick update, and everything else looks great. I’ll need some time to see if there are any new settings to tweak.

Hi pre-purchase question: What sort of customisation is there around scorm packages ? I primarily want to have a course which contains multiple modules, each module multiple topics which are each a scorm packages and have them display neatly with thumbs and description etc. I didn’t see any scorm sections in the demos.
