Guys i have already updated latest update today also again When i try to edit my existing page and click on edit with WPBakery Page Builder page not open for edit. it just keep showing plugin icon on the middle of the page that’s it Please help

I am unable to replicate this issue on my end using the latest theme version and WPBakery v6.5. I believe this is caused by a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins (except for the theme recommended ones) and test again. If the issue is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).
If you need to edit something quickly, you can still use the Backend editor.

The editor (backend and front end – WPB) is completely unusable after the latest WP upgrade. I even tried bringing the theme fully up to date, but same issue. I’m seeing a lot of js errors in the console. Please address asap – I can’t really make edits to my whole site now without editing the source directly (which has the potential to mess up the HTML that the editor was adding in).
Should have mentioned – I also tried completely removing my child theme to make sure it wasn’t an issue with that, but same thing. I also upgraded all of the required plugins that go with the theme.
Update: found the issue. The latest version of the “Extendons: Woocommerce Registration Plugin – Add Custom Registration Fields” plugin is causing a conflict.

Thanks for the feedback. You need to contact the plugin author and inform them about this issue. I am sure they will provide a fix and update the plugin.
Bought this ages ago but not deployed. How do I rename the child them to something other than the default? Change from leadengine-child to say – theme ?Thanks.

Hi. how to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin if support has ended

You need to update the theme first and then update the premium plugins. Please follow the steps below to update the theme:
- Download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest
- Install and activate this plugin: Easy Theme Upgrades
- Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New and then click Upload theme
- Upload the leadengine.zip file from your computer and click Install Now
To update the plugins navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins and check with the plugin list and update where necessary.
You need to update KeyDesign Addon to v3.7 and WPBakery Page Builder to v6.5.

Can you give me more details? What kind of issues are your clients experiencing? Please note that the latest WordPress 5.6 update includes a major update for jQuery. You need to update the theme and all plugins to ensure compatibility.
There are 185 portfolio items with images. All images are downloaded at same time but sometines they aren’t downloaded and breaks the site.
Load More and Lazy Loading options don’t work then I made many cache optimizations to “fix it”.
This can also be a caching issue. Try clearing the cache and test again. Test with the caching plugin disabled to see if this improves your loading speed.

When I check you demo’s I see a BB press demo here: https://www.leadengine-wp.com/bbpress/forums/. It looks great but I have no experience with BB press and thought your demo installations are 1 click finished.. but this one not.
When I follow the manual and go to demo’s import after activating the theme I don’t see the BB press demo here. This manual is not helping me further to get it like the demo https://www.leadengine-wp.com/documentation/knowledge-base/install-and-configure-bbpress/.
When I browse true this comments I see that I am not the only one having problems to get the forum like your demo. I read a reply from 2 years old where you say that you just have to install BB press and thats it. But it’s not.

The forums root link is http://www.your-website.com/forums. If you want to display the forum on any page (on your homepage for example) you can use the [bbp-forum-index] shortcode. Our live preview website redirects users that access the homepage link to the /forum/ link.

Please delete the KeyDesign Addon and re-install it. We’ve pushed a new update for this plugin. You can re-install it in Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

This happens with v6.4.1. We are currently working on a new theme update that will be released later this week. The new premium plugins updates will also be included. You can use the Backend editor till then.

Had nothing to do with caching. Some demos did load while at least these two did not but they all are loading now.

Sure. You can select a Standard Font (you can find the fonts at the top of the list) in Theme Options > Typography.
but can i also host google fonts locally?
Sure. You can upload the font files locally and use the @font-face rule. More info with the theme documentation.
but the font load from google server is still active, how can i block it?

Edited the Pre-Loader settings and now it loads.
The problem now is that my navigation menu isn’t showing up…
Seems like other people are having similar problems with WP 5.5 and we’re now on WP 5.6…

- Download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest

IMPORTANT: You’ll also need to update all theme required plugins. To do so, head over to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins and check with the plugin list and update where necessary. You need to update KeyDesign Addon to v3.6.

We are experiencing hte same issue with JQuery migration throwing errors and now conflicting with other plugins. Is there an update coming someday soon?
