I need to be able to have some kind of way to put something in the product description that only shows in the short description area (to the right-hand side of the images). A delimiter or something. As you can see on this page https://vgf-gamers.myshopify.com/products/tilted-tee, the items from the bulleted list appear next to the regular text in the description area, and it does not look good. [example: “with a thick cotton fabric. 100% cotton (Heather colors contain polyester) Fabric weight: 6 oz (203 g/m2) Pre-shrunk Shoulder-to-shoulder taping…...]” – You can also see the dots ”......” are so many, it looks very bad.
Another example: like on the same t-shirt product (https://vgf-gamers.myshopify.com/products/tilted-tee), I want to be able to put the size chart underneath the short description area, instead of it having to cut off due to the character limit.
Basically, I need a place to put a short description and then another with the long description. Please help, thank you.

Hi Yes you can. All you need to do is to open header-currency snippet and add the class ‘hidden-xs’ along the currency class.
Perfect thank you, I tried to use this for hiding the search bar on mobile too but it hasn’t worked is there a special way to do that ? I’m trying to hide the “Account” and search bar from mobile, I’d also like to remove the breadcrumbs text from mobile because it looks bad it just has text randomly showing under the nav bar and I don’t like it.

Hi There are no icons for language and currency. For location you can make changes in relevant header files .e.g header-1 for header 1.
Your right no icons. What I am trying to do is remove the sections on the header for language, currency and location. I would like those to not show.

Hi You can add as many languages as you can but only one can be used at a time. Unfortunately there is no switcher available at the moment but there are apps which you can use for the stated purpose.
A couple of things to note:
In assets/quickview.js.liquid there are two calls to console.log()
In the same file, line 64 should be:
if(product_info[‘compare_at_price’] && product_info[‘compare_at_price’] > product_info[‘price’]){

Thanks for highlighting the issue but it was not on demo 1 as you stated in your earlier messages. The point is that it has been corrected in our latest version so either you need to download the latest version or alternatively i’m sending you the file, that you need to update, through our support email. Hopefully that will work for you.
My apologizes, I noticed it is on Homepage 5 Demo that has the issue. It’s still happening in the demos FYI. I really appreciate your support in getting this issue resolved.

I tried adding the code you sent via email but it’s not working. I’m not sure what to do at this point because your demos are also broken – the ones where search is clickable.
I don’t know what makes you thinks so and what brings you towards the demo sites? The instruction is pretty simple. Open common.js file and replace content. Alternatively send an admin invite to support@masstechnologist.com so that we can update the code for you. This will save both of us some time.

The only reason I’m even looking at the demos is to see what is wrong with them. I’ve replaced the common.js that you sent in the email; however it is not working or I would not be sitting here writing you once again. I will send you an admin invite right away so we can get this situated.
You should now have admin access to the store. FYI, you had been given access on August 18th regarding the same issue and it is until now we’ve heard back from anyone in your team.
Kindly check the product page on your store now and confirm if it is working for you now.

By the way, if you have a moment can you look at the sliders? For some reason it only allows me to add 5 products, and then it scrolls blank.
Its just that you’re using an older version. I updated the required files. Also check for the product scroll against your product collections. If you want to show them in a single row then you need to set the no of rows to 1.

Hi Best of luck with your store. Regarding your queries, 1 – As this area is for adding custom text/links so we have not added it into settings. You need to go to the specific design layout you choose. eg. for Header 1 layout you need to go to header-1 snippet to change in. 2 – Simplest way is to change text with “145 Mundy Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA,18702 US” 3 – Google map option is there on contact us page. For that you need to modify the settings by going the theme customization area and then to settings and then contact us page. There you can added it.

Hello, please help with the following issues we are having with this template:
1: On mobile when you add a product to your cart and then click any of the icons in the header such as cart, or search the buttons do not work until you refresh the page. I am guessing this is a script error but not sure. 2: How do we enter a placeholder for the newsletter subscription field such as “enter email” 3: We cannot find out where we can edit the languages in the top header.

On our website we have variants (different sizes with different prices) when people click the different sizes it doesn’t adjust the price live on the product details page. PLEASE Help!

Hi Yes you can have four tabs on product page. One for description, one for reviews, one for tags and the other optional one for your custom data. You can also add a video link against each product on product page.
