I’ve installed everything and followed the step by step guide. But when I go to install the Themechills widgets on my homepage, there are none installed. When in the customizer and clicking on Widgets, there is this messege and none of the widgets that should’ve been downloaded: ‘Your theme has 2 other widget areas, but this particular page does not display them.

You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.’

How can I customize the time line? I don’t find the widget in the demo

Thanks for your comment. If you go through the customizer you’ll be able to modify/update the timeline as required. Also, be sure to watch the documentation videos where I explain exactly these steps.

When i download the demo I cant see the content of the pages with the elements like in the live preview

Guys. What is the theme’s lastest compatibilitie with wordpress version?

Hi – we’ve just tried to install the theme and it would seem it is not compatible with Wordpress 5.4.x and PHP 7.3. Can you please advise?

Re your question, the theme is actually compatible with up to WP 5.5.1 (which is what the theme demo is currently on) and also PHP 7.3.11.

Hi Leo,

Many thanks for a great theme! As I have started to set it up, I noticed that your ‘homepage’ templates only allowed for one customised map to be used at a time across all pages using it. Consequently, I wonder how to create new templates to get around this or if there is another fix? Would I need to simply upload the template file directly through the ftp renaming it?

Tried to install the Demo version, but this is all I was left with. I understand that the actual images aren’t included, but where are all the other blocks/sections for the home page as per whats on your Demo?

Do I really need to buy an API key for the google maps plugin to be enabled? Or do you provide one?

Re your question, no, you do not need to purchase an API key, you simply need to generate one through Google and you’ll be good to go.

Hello, I really like the look of the template. Can you tell me if it is compatible with the plugin wedding press? Also does this come with some sort of count down addon or would this need to be integrated in? I prefer the look of your theme but we are looking for something with a countdown to the day integrated into the main homepage

I”m wondering if you would permit me to email a couple of sample plates and a description of what I’m trying to accomplish with a new photo/blog site and seek your advise if Lily is, indeed, the best option for me. Thanks Salvy, support will only be provided on the theme itself though. This means, if you like, purchase the theme which comes included with the necessary documentation and video tutorials.

If you then run into any issues with the setup of the Lily theme I can help you out. Any customization requests to the theme are also outside the scope of support. Also, I can’t provide support for any external websites.

I purchased your full theme, but actually ended up using a different theme for my site.

However, I really like the countdown timer within your theme. Is there anyway to install that onto a different theme? Do you sell it separately as a plugin?

Regarding the countdown timer, I assume you mean the styling of the countdown timer? Or what specifically do you like about it?

As you’ll see the countdown timer is part of the Lily toolkit, so you could always install that, then apply the corresponding styling and it should work.

I installed the theme and get it running. However, I was not able to use the Contact form to receive emails of filled forms. I have done a lot of research and verified that I can send emails to any address through my linux server (I host the website in my own virtual server) using “mail” function. I tried to test the wordpress mail sending with some plugins, such as “check email”, and I could not received the email, which tells me that wordpress is the one that is not sending the email. I look at the function.php file within the theme, but did not find the wp_mail() function. I have spent a loooot of time on this, and sent a support request. Please help, I need to get my website online in 3 days… Thanks!

Regarding your question, I’m thinking it has to do with your default Reading settings.

If you go into these, then change the limit from 10 to any value which you want (if you want to show 29, then perhaps set it up 30), you should then be able to see all your profiles.

Hi Leo,

thank you for your great theme, bought it for our wedding and love it. I have two questions: 1.Is it somehow possible to make images in the timeline a little bit bigger? In our case, it will be more appealing. 2. Could I somehow use special theme widgets also on other pages than only a home page?

Hi, I would like to buy your theme but I have a few questions first.

-Is it compatible with the last version of WP 4.7.2? -Is it possible to change the font and colors? -Is it possible to modify the little flower icon ?

My pleasure.

Regarding fonts, these can be changed – you would need to go into the functions.php file and change these to what you want. Some of my customers have also installed specific plugins in the theme which allows you to select the fonts that way as well, so the choice is up to you.

Is it possible to make the Photos widget an automatic slider (e.g. slides right every 3 seconds)?

Regarding your question, the Photos widget does not have slider functionality, so you cannot actually add a timed interval.

The homepage slider on the other hand can have an interval set as required.

Hi.

Is it possible for guests to login in the web and submit photos they take with mobilephones or cameras and submit them? As far as i know the couples use to ask for photos to their guests. It would be awesome to allow guests to share all photos through the web.

Hi Katya,

The theme does not include WooCommerce support. That’s not to say the plugin won’t work, all it means is you would need to do the styling of the components and pages from your end.

Hi Leo, I’ve also contacted you through support tab, please take a look at your earliest convenience. The top right corner menu button (3 little stripes) in mobile version won’t open menu on mobile devices.. Please let me know what could happen to it as it worked perfectly. Kind regards, Kate

A client just sent this to me today that she only just purchased and downloaded, and it doesn’t contain the latest versions of the plugins: Styled Google Maps for one, we can’t use it because you can’t specify your Google Maps API Key

Current Responsive Styled Google Maps version is showing = 4

Beg your pardon, I’ve just discovered the zipped plugin supplied was version 4, but the one that was automatically installed was only version 2.27

I’ve installed it manually from the supplied plugin zip. So we’re all good.
