Can the listing owner add products and sell it using woo commerce directly from the website?

With respect to your query here, yes it is possible for the listing owner to add products and sell them on their site using the WooCommerce plugin. For this, we usually recommend selling products within your listings. This can be done with an extra plugin known as Products for WP Job Manager. Kindly check a guide on this here.

With respect to your query here, basically directories and Classifieds are similar. It is possible to create a website that allows you to create both. It just depends on what your main objectives are.
Listify by default is a Directory theme and depending on your projects requirements it can be in fact turned into a Classified Ads website selling products. You will need the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin and plugin to sell products on the Listing pages.

Hi! Pre-sale qs! Is it possible to have a listing with booking option with day or/and hours? We need to have some spaces with a “per hour” prices and other with “per day” prices. Right now, we only want to have the form to request the booking with not payment option at first, because we need first confirmation of the coworking spaces. But then, when they confirm us the booking is ok, how can we send payment link to the user, to make then payment? Is that possible? Thank you!

With respect to your query here, yes it is possible to have a listings with booking hours or days. With the theme we use the WooCommerce Bookings to set bookings for customers. Payment is handled automatically through WooCommerce as well. Therefore should you need to know anything about how the bookings work we suggest checking out their documentation here or contacting their support.

Hello,
I have noticed a number of bugs on your demo site. I would like to see those fixed before I buy please.
a) when selecting hours of operation the times just appear vertically and run off the page.
b) adding images, the Gallery image actually appears as the Cover image and the cover image isn’t seen at all.
c) After selecting a package and creating the listing, it doesn’t seem to go on from there ? For example shouldn’t it then ask the new client to make payment, send a verification email, etc etc ?
There are others but I am very surprised to see such basic errors when you have sold so many versions ??

With respect to your query here, i have noticed the first issue on displaying the hours here and would say this is more of a design issue but the hours are still visible. I have forwarded this to our team as well.
As for the cover image not showing up, this is an issue I was not able to replicate from my end. The cover image shows up in its own section whereas the gallery image is also positioned on its own widget area. See this sample screencast
When it comes to the selection of packages, this would depend on the payment flow that has been set. Once a listing has been submitted, it first displays the preview before heading over to the payment section. For instance in the demo after previewing the listing it prompts you to choose the payment package where it will then redirect you to enter your billing information.

With respect to your query here, when it comes to videos playing on mobile this is normal and may as well depend on the browser being used. Also it may depend on how the video has be inserted, via embed format or upload.
Not all browser support the video/vimeo and video/youtube video format, if you wish to make it compatible with other devices then implement the standard through embed code.

With respect to your query here, currently the site linked here does not use the Listify theme but probably another one. The Listify theme is basically a directory theme where you can create listings of any kind and it has basic search filters like keyword, location and categories.

Please check the file job-filters-home-facetwp.php. The facetWpRedirect() function uses parse_facets() and FWP.build_query_string(), which are FacetWP functions that are deprecated in FacetWP3.9, causing js errors and FacetWP not to function. See the replacement functions here: https://facetwp.com/deprecations-removed-in-3-9/

I’m looking to build a directory of websites with the Vintage demo and I was wondering the following:
1. As I’m going to list websites, I don’t need the “location” feature. Thus, is it possible to customise the Vintage demo so I don’t have the “location” field on the homepage or in the filters?
2.Moreover, is it possible to customise the search results page template so I don’t have the map on the right side? Ideally would like to have just a regular page with the filters at the top and then a list of results.

With respect to your query here, the location filter in the homepage or in the search page can be removed if you do not need it in your directory website.
Secondly, it is also possible to customize the maps of the search page so that you can remove it and remain with filters and results of your listings.

With our current system we use the Listing Payments plugin and WooCommerce subscription which will do the basic charges functionality. However when it comes to restricting certain sections based on the plan a user has selected this is not included in these addons.
Unfortunately that is not currently possible by default. It would only be possible to achieve a feature like the Restrict Content Pro plugin. See here for more information: http://listify.astoundify.com/article/325-restrict-listing-submission-to-paying-customers.

What about the “actually open” feature?
Six years ago (!!!) you postet this, concerning to another users comment:

With respect to your query here, as it currently stands we do not have a functionality to search for listings by their open or closed timelines. However within the theme we do have the widget that can show if the listing is open or not. The opening/closing hours widgets normally displays all hours that your listing is available.
Just as a suggestion to the search functionality you are looking for it would be worth implementing this with the FacetWP plugin which is used to include more filters to the theme.

With respect to your query here, currently the theme works well with Elementor and we have not done any official tests to confirm its compatibility with divi.
When it comes to translation, the theme comes translation ready and comes with translatable .po / .mo files. You can use translation plugins such as GlotPress to have this achieved.
Well thirdly, the theme is meant to be a directory listing site but if changed to a marketplace you would have to allow vendors to access your backend in some limited space. For a marketplace theme we would recommend the Vendify theme.

a) we can sell highlight badge? -> The listing will have colored border or badge in list/grid view. b) We can sell “promoted” badge? -> The listing will be over the top in search and category/archive pages. c) we can setup duration for highlight badge and for promoted badge? -> User can purchase highlight badge for 10 days, for 20 days, for 30 days. Most of all themes can do that. We have checked your documentation but no words about this functions/details.
So i have the feeling your theme is missing this function. Is that right or not? Please explain we can do that or not?! c) we can sell SHOW ON STARTPAGE option? -> User can purchase this option for his listing and the listing will be shown on startpage for X days. Please confirm.

a. This is possible but within the featured listing. Of course, you can the coloured border in the list grid with some customizations done.
b. This is possible for featured badges you just need to create a package for it.
c. This is also doable within the package. However, do note that these packages are created with the listing payments plugin which is a paid plugin.
d. Well, this is possible to show the listing on the homepage you just have to select the widget for displaying featured listings.

1. Since the site is based on widgets you will not miss out on advertising space. That can be catered for.
2. As for the dokan compatibility we have not tested our theme with this plugin hence can not guarantee its compatibility with the theme. We majorly focus on WooCommerce & Product Vendors plugin.
3. The theme is indeed compatible with Arabic translations. For multilingual use you can go with the WPML plugin or Polylang plugin as well.
4. At the moment we do not have an android or ios application yet
5. Yes, the theme is based on listings and not really ads, and one can opt to create a package that other users will use to get their listings featured first.
6.Yes it is possible to change the color styling and its typography as well.
