Hello,
I am looking to purchase this theme, but had a few questions before doing so. 1) Is there an easy way to access and customize the CSS so I can make changes to layout etc. in the future?
2) I notice there is a free 6 month subscription for support on your theme. After the 6 months if I have any question regarding your theme will I have to pay?
3) When the payments are done through the site are they secured? How would I receive the $$? Do I add my account info in the WP admin area?

2) Yes, you will have to re-register for support after 6 months by either purchasing another theme license or paying a one-off fee for support.
3) The theme requires WooCommerce which is bundled with PayPal to get started. They also have a list of payment gateway extensions that you can use if you’d prefer: http://www.woothemes.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/

Is it possible to change the slugs of other pages (not the ones in the customizer) eg: listing-region becomes listing-area and listing-type becomes listing-cat
Also is it possible to inject the region into the slug eg listing-type/my-region/

I haven’t purchased the theme yet, which is why i was asking. I really like the theme, but knowing whether I can make the URL change is crucial to determining whether to purchase or not.
I am not asking for you to help me with making any changes at this stage – just whether it is possible or not….if it is I will purchase the theme and contact you through the appropriate support process 
Great theme!! Three questions: 1) Is reserva included with this theme? Or just supported? 2) Is there capability to have a featured listing section? I could not tell from the demo 3) Can I use a static still photo at top of page? As opposed to the photo with people on top of page moving in demo(first photo seen when go to demo) ? Thanks!! Camille

Bryan, Thanks for your response. It was a pre-sales question asking if there is a featured listings widget and what is used to book appointments from the site?. So I need to register with support for that?

Bookings can be taken with one of the 4 supported booking management systems. None of them come with the theme by default.

Is it possible to create Category/Sub-Category structure?
Also, when will you implement separate filters based on category? Why every single category in your current implementation has the same filters as a Restaurant category? That is ridiculous!!

As you’ve described in the second part of your question, I believe you’re referring to the tags/amenities displayed on each listing. At this time, there is no option to display separate tags/amenities based on on the business type. We have added this to our list of feature requests to discuss as a possible future enhancement.

I’ve tried many times, I’ve gone crazy trying to translate to Spanish options FORM search.
I created the file es_ES.po
I used plugins location but nothing, I see that the issue has problems now translate?

I have a questions regarding how packages are handled in this theme.
If a user buys i.e. Gold Package with featured listing, but later wants to switch to silver, with does not let them use featured listings, how is this handled? Will the user have to make a completely new listing or will the listing just get unfeatured and what not?

Just bought the theme. It seems great so far. However your danish translation is pretty bad. I have been correcting errors for the last hour now.
Just deleted the .po file. The translation is useless. You can have the translation files when I’m done if you want.
Just translated the whole translations files. The theme is pretty hard to translate. The “listings” slug isnt changeable as far as I can see. And almost half of theme isnt translated via the .po files.
I bought this theme with the expectation on being able to translate it without having to spend several days doing so via the Say What plugin.
Are you planning on making the theme translatable from the .po files any time soon?

I find that after translating the .po file, a big part of the theme still wasnt translated. You state that the rest of the theme needs to by translated by the Say What app thats the reason why I ask of you are planning to make the theme – 100% of theme – translatable via the .po file.
The theme is fully translatable via .pot all strings are included in the .pot file. if your site is not picking up all strings then it is a configuration issue and to expedite this issue please, contact support for help so we can help you with your translation issue.

If the theme is fully translatable via the .pot file, then why are you suggestion translating the rest of the theme via the Say What plugin?
What am I missing?
say what is used if you want to just change a few words. Here’s an example lets say you are using the English translation, but just want to change a couple words to make it more custom to your site, the instead of using .pot to make the changes you decide to change the words with the say what plugin, hope this makes sense.

HI, I Have a problem. Theme customizer loads without CSS styling and I see only blank and ugly HTML output. I tried everything but the theme customizer is still not working.(have checked all plugins, reinstall WordPress and your theme ) I doest have no idea anymore how solve this problem. Maybe you have a solution to this problem? Thank You

I bought this theme and need to use BuddyPress and bbpress to create Groups and forums. However, the theme distorts the page config as I am not able to create any Groups. I switched to default WP theme and it worked, which is an indication that the problem is with the theme. Could you help me resolve this issue. IS there a code I could input or a way to resolve this issue as it is a very important feature for my website
Hello, Listify is not advertised as a fully compatible BuddyPress + BBPress theme, though we are adding BBPress theme styling in the future but don’t have plans to add BuddyPress support. We don’t offer support with getting BuddyPress compatible with our themes as this is not something we want to support, unless the demand is large enough.

Hi will this be able to support one business category only. Basically I need a directory for a particular business. The user will be able to search for their nearest/local business by county for example.

We offer a step-by-step guide on how to setup the theme exactly like the demo, we don’t offer installation services, if you want someone else to install the theme for you, use a service like Envato Studios.

To have ratings and reviewslike the current demo shows, do I need to buy a separate plugin? if so I would like to view a demo with only required plugins. Advanced plugins can make a theme seem greater than it really is, and I am not looking to spend $63 for a theme and then need to buy $100 in plugins just to get it to work the way the demo works. This is a simple request, I would like to see the theme with demo data and required plugins only. Thanks for your time

Do I have to use the plugins as described in your sales page?
No.
This is a theme. It can be used on a site just as it is. We’ve coded the theme to look beautiful while also being lightweight and fast to load.
Many people use our themes for more than just a “look good” website. They want to build a business on the web, and our themes (including this one), help them with that.
Of course just like running any business, you’ll likely have to spend more money than just getting cool business cards. This theme delivers a great look, but it can do much more than that.
To get the most from the theme, we’ve made sure it works well with the list of plugins on our sales page. Most themes don’t work like that. They look pretty alone, but when you add some plugins for functionality, it looks cruddy. That’s because the theme developer didn’t plan for the use of those plugins.
We have planned for the use of several plugins. What that means is that if you use those plugins, not only do you get added functionality, but that functionality looks just as sharp as the theme without the plugins.
So while you don’t need to use those plugins, if you choose to buy and use them, we’re positive you’ll still be delighted with your purchase of our theme.
