Love the theme – quick question though. I was able to get the SVG file up as the logo reading your how to. My issue is though, it’s up and looks amazing… but it’s not constrained at all and takes a huge chunk of the header and even pushes it out on the edges a bit for mobile. How do I constrain the image to 100×35 or close to size?

In the tutorial explanation it mentions to “export”... which exporting SVGs is not a possibility in Illustrator – so I figured that the tutorial is meant for “save as”, SVG 1.1, Default settings.
FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR THIS : (Here’s how it’s done.) It IS a “save as” to SVG. But Illustrator CC added “Responsive” in the “More Options” tab at the bottom. That simply removes the size constraints. Just uncheck it and it works great.
- Check Artboard Size - Click File / Save As - Choose SVG and click OK - Leave everything default and click “More Settings” and remove “Responsive” checkmark.

Pre-sale question: I want to use this template for a discount listing page. Would the Job Manager Field Editor plugin allow me to add two fields below the restaurant name in the listings for this theme? (Header 1 and Header 2 style)
And if so, is it possible to mass import listings into your theme using those fields? Thanks!!

First, thanks for your interest in Listify!
The Field Editor plugin will allow you to create those fields. However, they’ll be added to the main content area of the listing, not in the header area. So, you’d likely need to customize the theme for that. If you’re not comfortable digging into the code, I suggest checking out a developer to help you with something like that.
That being said, this article: http://listify.astoundify.com/article/518-how-do-i-import-my-listings-into-listify covers how to import your listings into Listify. While we haven’t tested the import with the custom fields (as you mentioned), I see no reason why that shouldn’t work.

1) This is coming soon! We don’t have an estimated time for this but, I would recommend adding your email to our mailing list or follow us here on Twitter for theme updates & here on ThemeForest for our new theme releases.
2) Yes, you could use the Field Editor plugin to include fields for uploading as many videos as you want. Or, you could add multiple videos to the listing description (“Details”) area by just adding the YouTube or Vimeo URLs into that description field. The videos should populate there just fine.

Hello, 3 questions before purchasing the theme. 1) The order in which the companies are presented can be random? for example, I look for companies in london and Company A appears first. Later, I try again for companies in london and Company A, is presented in the third position. I need this for paid listings. 2) The listings is (or will be integrated) with google maps / google street view? 3) can i customize booking button (title and link)? I need this because I intend to use a reservation plugin that we have developed before.

1) These are not random, they are displayed by the most recently added listing.
2) A Google map is displayed on the “City” page as well as the individual listings page. By clicking on the address from a listing page, you’ll be brought to a Google Maps page where you can navigate to street view if desired.

If you’d like to use one that you have developed, the theme will have to be customized, which will require the assistance of a developer.

1) This makes no sense. The sorting criterion by the latest entry makes sense in jobify theme or in a classified site where visitors are more interested in latest offers.
In a directory, the results should be presented randomly to give opportunity to all companies to appear first.
Otherwise, companies with the oldest record will be penalized and, if companies do not appear the owners do not pay, right? And that we do not want.
To solve this just need to add an ORDER BY RAND () in the query of the listings.
3) This is a big problem. I’ll look better to booking woocommerce documentation but I have $ 249 reasons to look for another solution.
Again, to solve this you just need to create a button with a link and customizable label that, when filled, appears in the same place as the resurva button.
After these changes then the theme will be already the “best directory theme ever”, as you say

1) I’ve added this to our Trello customer suggestion board, for future discussion.
3) As it stands right now, those are the only booking plugin options for the theme. If you’ve developed your own reservation plugin, you may be able to integrate it into the theme yourself. I’ve also passed this along to our team as something to consider for a future release.

Hi, I finally bought the theme, now what plugins do I need for:
1. Plans & Packages ( can I choose which fields to have per package? ).
2. Deals ( let users publish deals in front-end for listings ).
3. Tags “ammenities” ( different tags for different categories ).
and it would be great to have these features:
4. Drop a pin on map for address.
5. Get directions.
6. Events (like: http://templatic.com/plugins/directory-add-ons/wp-events-directory and appthemes “vantage” ).
7. Listings Statistics for the owner.
8. Add multiple images in gallery from the submission page.
9. Check-In
10. Charge for featured listings individually.

Hi, the main page says the theme was updated today Dec 16- but it is the same 1.006- is there a newer version available?
Style.css was updated
but it’s still supposed to be 1.006 right? not a 1.007 type of thing. Asking cause sometimes the downloadable file is delayed from the update that is given to them

hello as usual, amazing stuff.
i have a couple of presale questions. I Will be using this for for property listing website, so there are a lot of things which i wont need .
1. Can i remove options like claim listing etc ( if not directly can you assist me on how to remove that code )
2. How customisable is the theme? The logo that i will be adding will need more space and colors, so i will have to increase the height of the header, is it possible and can we change its colors.
3. is there a way where i can remove billing details as it is going to be free for people to add their properties .
1. Yes you can remove the “claim listing” option, if you do not set it up it will not show on your site.
2. Yes when you upload a large logo the header will increase to fit.
3. If you do not install the WC Paid Listings plugin then the billing details will not show, and you can hide the WooCommerce billing page.

Hey, i am about to buy this and i see that my client is specific about a couple of things.
1. An enquiry form in every listing ( This is going to be a property listing website ) 2. In the preview or thumbnail do we have control of showing stuff like : no of rooms, sq feet etc and more importantly the price. Now it shows ratings and stuff which is not important for me. 3. Can we show preview of other properties like most viewed ones or featured ones etc.

I would recommend using a real estate listing theme for your purposes as you will have to modify a few things in the theme to get it to function the way you would like, our friend Chris creates some great looking real estate listing themes.

How does the featured listing works?
Say i set a listing as a featured listing, so when we search for something similar will it come in the top of the search? I think its a very important thing. And one more thing how is the list ordered? Can we randomize the list everytime some one searches for a listing with same keywords so that it will do justice to all the listings, but the featured listings stay in the top but again the order will be random.
Btw this is not for the property one, we are making a spa listing website for a client and i want to use your template… i love the design ! 
and can we have different ads for different ips so that we can show ads which are more relevant to users and their location?
