Is it possible to have an admin demo of the theme to see the configurations of portfolio and elementor theme elements?

Hello! Has anyone else had issues with the Litho add-ons plugin with Elementor? There appears to be a conflict and it freezes up Elementor for us. We’ve checked all other site plugins and only when reactivating this one do we have Elementor freeze up on us.

I realise that my support has expired but I was wondering if you would still help me.

All I need to know is if litho allows a different menu for mobile as currently I can only use the desktop menu and need the mobile to use only the mobile menu due to there being different menu options

Hi, is there any release date for the Crafto WP theme yet? Or is there no release date yet? I’m asking because the URL and the video posted above suggest everything is ready to be released.I would like to know the date so I can see if I should wait for the release date or purchase another theme for my current project.

Unfortunately we do not have set timeline for the release date as Envato quality review is somewhat time taking. We have already prepared landing page, Envato item presentation, some videos and marketing materials, etc… If you are in hurry then you can please purchase another theme to avoid delay for your new project.

Hi is it possible that I can have my license deactivated from the site it is currently attached to. I purchased the theme but never got to use it because the client went in another direction. I did not realise the theme was still attached to that domain.

Hi, I have noticed some padding on each page under the header. It’s a different amount on each page and is with the class litho-main-content-wrap. I don’t know where it would be set. Any ideas?

We had purchase the licence somewhere in 2022. The website with client was on hold. It was never released to production enviornment and was lying on our server. By mistake, we have deleted the entire website.

Now if am trying to reinstall the theme for same website (different domain), it says the license is already in use. Can you please help us on how to move this ahead without having to purchase the licence again.

Hi. I just noticed my litho blog post list is not displaying on desktop. All the settings are the same and nothing is hidden in the responsive tab. It just stopped displaying. Is there a theme update that caused this? It was working before.

Why is the Litho portfolio widget not working anymore? I checked my site the other day and a section with the Litho portfolio widget in has now stopped showing content. I have not done anything to the site. I am not paying more money for support when the actual plugins is broken. I have updated all my plugins / Wordpress etc.

If you have updated WordPress then you need to first update theme and then update theme included plugins as per below articles and that should help.

Our theme demo site all features including portfolio are working fine. But in case if that do not work after update for you then there may be some conflict of any other plugins or code customisation, so you can deactivate all other plugins and customisation one by one to find the conflict.

Hello, can I buy your theme and install the license to a demo site first? Like make the site in another domain and then move it to the final domain? Can I register and unregister the license or do I have to buy 2?

Unfortunately, support tickets can’t be created — although I paid for support again, it won’t allow me to refresh my purchase or create a ticket. So… here goes… every time I update Elementor Data, I get a very long fatal error. Please advise!
