It's a theme I've been using for a long time. The support team is always very kind and caring. They sincerely answer all my problems. Moreover, the theme is very useful. I bought a few themes from other companies, but I only use this theme.

This theme is one of my favorites !! very easy to use, also the support team is excellent, I have purchased several times and I hope they continue providing support as well as updating it for more years !!

I love the way this builder looks and works, but honestly, the best part was my experience with customer support. It doesn't matter how nice a builder might seem if you can't get it working right. I had some issues with the Massive Dynamic builder, I'm not very knowledgeable about this stuff and just want something nice to build my small business site. But the customer support team was there for me and worked with me until we came up with a solution. Now everything works just as I'd hoped it would!

I have been using this theme for almost 2 years now on various projects. I have to say, the most stress free builder I have used and the support is outstanding.

Absolutely brilliant product (AND SUPPORT). Easy to use. The issues I had were quickly resolved by their excellent support team. I can't believe that it's so cheap.

I chose "Customer Support" as a main reason, but it is not the only reason at all. The theme is easy to use, flexible, beautiful and intuitive. The customer support is amazing. Aways polite, fast (like response in minutes fast) and helpful. I even had some situations in the past where the mistake was mine, but they helped me anyway. Can't stop praising this theme as a user who doesn't have much knowledge in the digital field, but wants to have a beautiful blog.

I've been using MD Website Builder for the last 3 or 4 years to build a variety of sophisticated commercial websites. The features are fantastic and the drag and drop customisation is a game changer. Pixflow customer support is easily the best we have ever experienced working with any theme developer or plugin provider, truly amazing. It's a brilliant product and with some added CSS knowledge and a maybe a bit of JS this builder is capable of matching even the best hand coded sites. The feedback we receive on our MD websites is always excellent - if we sold as many product as we get compliments we'd be millionaires already - still working on that! There is a lot of choice in web builders out there, and none of them come without challenges when you are as fussy as we are (we are pathetically fussy), but MD gets us really close to what we want before digging too deep into added code. It is very rare we have a plugin conflict with this site builder too, just thought of that. Once you've purchased it, and you should, make sure you spend time learning the vast feature set - the online documentation is great! 5 Stars from us *****
