Shouldn’t be SUCH A STRUGGLE to insert a header and a footer – One click – insert THAT’s ALL THAT SHOULD HAPPEN! Yes I filled out a support ticket, but NO WHERE in the documentation does it say you have to actually “build” out a header in elementor – transparent doesn’t work, it’s a mess honestly – The time that I have spent trying to set up a simple header and footer is unreal. I’m losing money every minute. I’m really regretting this theme.

Very disappointed, the template has many bugs and the customer support is not professional.
I bought the template on september 23rd 2022. My goal was to use the template in order to develop a one-page website using the page Home 8 from the demo content.
More than 2 weeks later and after many emails sent to the customer support, the page is still not working. There are still 8 bugs that are not fixed and I just don’t have the patience anymore to wait for another 2 weeks to get it fixed.
On top of that, the support system they use is very inefficient: every time you send an email to the support, your “ticket” (email) gets pushed down in the ticket queue. In their words: “I can see that you’ve updated your ticket here more than once. This has backtracked your ticket here since the replies just push your ticket down the ticket queue. This makes it take long to be addressed by the support team as tickets are replied to based on a first in, first out basis.”.
I’ve never seen such a thing, in any normal system like helpscout, the emails are treated like tickets and are not pushed down if the customer sends a new ticket.
Anyway, I’ve just asked for a refund. The template is too buggy and this is not going anywhere.

Have sent a email with support and got a response then I showed them the illustrator issues and I have not gotten back a response from them In almost 1 week. Terrible , I also emailed them again asking about the solution and still no response to my second email. Terrible service.

Hi, since WordPress was automatically updating to AHETO-Version 1.3.4 the Plugin “Insert Headers and Footers” is creating an critical error in the Header of our website – the mobile-version (Burger-menu) isn’t available. Hello there. We bought the theme and installed our website. After that we installed a plugin named “Premium addons for elementor” but when we enable elementor pro, some elements does not appear on our website. Elements are came with “essential addons” and “premium addons for elementor” plugins. So theme blocks does not appear after elementor pro enabled. How do we fix it ?

I would recommend that you first disable the theme via FTP. Once this is done, disable the plugins, activate the theme once again and carry out a plugin compatibility tests to identify if there are conflicting plugins.
