Because you installed the incorrect package. Your package contains document, license, ..., not the installable package. You need to extract your package and install the mydecor.zip package.

Hello, on one of our client websites we are using the MyDecor theme. It seems that the stylesheet is not loading properly into the website. I tried to upload the new MyDecor theme from the downloaded theme files. After uploading the theme, I see the notification that the link has expired.
How can this be fixed?

Hello, despite renewing my license, I’m encountering difficulties installing the template. The error message “the link you followed has expired” persists. Although I’ve submitted a ticket, the support team has yet to address the issue.
