Hi, I have a question about a issue on social sharing. When I share a blog post on Facebook, the featured image only appears in the post preview, and then disappears when I post. In its place, only the logo of my site appears. It’s the first time this happens to me with a wordpress template and I can’t find a solution. Thank you

I have bought the later version of the Midi Theme today so I can upgrade an older version which worked fine. But I see two license code for Revolution Slider and WP Bakery included in the download file. I tired to activate both but neither worked as they were included in the theme instead of standalone. I have read the article. I understand that the plugins will get updated but it doesnt say how? I installed the new theme but the 2 plugins are not updating. Will they update automatically somehow or do I need to install the Envato plugin also?

You can not update the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins. To update these 2 plugins, you need to delete them first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install them again.

Compatible with elementor?

The MyMedi theme can work with Elementor. But, we don’t build our demo based on Elementor. If you want to use our demo layouts/elements, you should use WPBakery Page Builder which is included in the theme.

MyMedi is a wonderfull and amazingly fast theme! One feature that is missing to make it perfect is that the user on mobiles, needs to have the filters follow him as he scrolls down to the category pages.

Hello, I need your kind help. I just bought and installed the MyMedi template and I can’t configure the shopping cart link to any other page. By default, it was linked to the /cart-2 page, but I had to make some adjustments and changed the page slug, leaving the cart always pointing to /cart-2. Do you know what I can do? I tried to make some modifications in a child theme, but I haven’t been able to find the specific code. Could you please guide me on how to solve this? The site is a product catalog, no purchases are made through the site, only quotes.

I downloaded your updated theme. But I can’t found WPBakery Page Builder plugin in your Updated theme. Only found WPBakery Page Builder.

Because plugin author changed their plugin name. But, they still keep the plugin folder name. So, the js_composer package is WPBakery Page Builder.
And as our previous comment, you don’t need to take care the file/folder name. You just update the theme. Then, you delete WPBakery Page Builder and install it again in Appearance > Install Plugins.

hey there…we use the mymedi theme and suddenly the cart is not working properly. we activated the Shopping Cart Sidebar but when we hover over the cart the small cart is shown and if you click on the cart the sidebar is shown…but its empty.
Also if you are on a product_detail page and put a product in the cart…the cart wont be updated

Hi, I need assistance with a small change I need to make on products with variables.
Currently, if the user selects a variable of a product, this variable is highlighted only with a light blue outline. How can I turn the selection into a colored box? (Instead of light blue border, I would like the whole button of the selected variable to become solid color, i.e. light blue button and white text).

1) You can use the Loco Translate plugin. You go to Loco Translate > Themes > MyMedi > search and translate your words.
