I update the logo and it stays for a while and then reverts back. I am thinking it might happen when a plugin updates. But, why would it try to revert to the old logo? I deleted all of the logo files from the default template and it still tries to point back to them every 2 weeks or so. Once I go into the options, without updating anything and pressing save, it points to the correct logo again.

I bought the theme and I have two sites in staging. on one of them I installed the theme and started to build pages on it from scratch. I imported the other one.

on the one I built from scratch, WP Bakery does not work. Why? When I try to create the index page or any other page, it doesn’t work. it shows me a white page.

why? where is the problem??

I have your template Medi and I have litlle issue – when I put item to cart, text “price with tax” is too large and the text overlaps. Same problem in checkout…

Can you please repair in next update? Best solution to put price with tax and total price on each line separately.

Can I buy my own license with WPBakery and do updates or is your WPBakery customized? The reason I ask is because I want to use their Template Library and in order to do that I have to buy a license.

Hi there. I’m trying to import demo data to my development environment, which is centos 7 under VM as client (WIN11 as host). All required/recommended plugins are already installed. But when i hit Continue and Import button, i get “Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.” message. Also i have changed main site logo, site wide font… but changes aren’t applied. Could you be of any help here please?

Hello, we purchased and using in WP your MyMedi theme and all ok. But as we use only one language on our site (spanish), and we will not be using WPML or any other traductions system…. we will like to know where to change/traduct to spanish some sentences like “Search for products” on header search, “view cart” and “checkout” when you press shopping cart in header, “continue to shopping” when you are viewing the cart, “Customer also bought” at detail product page, etc…... i’ve read you can do that in the .PO and .MO files of the theme and plugins, but it will be good if you can indicate or suggest an easy way to change/traduct this sentences to spanish.

Hi, am experiencing Logo issues from using your template. What should I DO?

We recently purchased the MyMedi theme but are not able to get our header to look like the demo. We selected Home 2 as our home page and selected the second header option under Appearance > Theme Options but it does not look like it should. Can you tell us how to make it look right with all of the header elements the way they should be?
