For your information, when you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution or any other Premium plugins, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme.
However, your theme purchase does not give you individual Premium plugins licenses that allow you to activate or download these plugins as you wish. Activation Premium plugins doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot received direct updates. Please don’t worry if you see warning messages about the plugin license activation.
We’ll include latest version of the plugins each time we release a new version of the theme. It’s normally take a few days so we can test the plugins with the theme.
Also, the premium template library isn’t a part of the bundled license, it’s only an extra pack so the plugins author can get more direct sales for the plugin (not a bundled plugin license as in this case).

Hi there, I am editing the ‘services’ page and accidentally deleted the pre-created price services (3 columns with rollover blocks in each) section that you guys created. I really need that back. I’m trying to recreate my own with the pricing table element on Builder but it’s too fiddly and I’m sure it is easier to just get your template back up and then edit the copy where relevant. 1. To edit the page header of woocommerce pages, please go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Shop.
In case you want to enable page builder in product page, please enable the “product” option as in Question 10 in our FAQs page here: http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/
Please note that when you’re using page builder, it will replace all the content about add to cart and other information in current product page.
2. To disable search box in vertical menu, please add the code below to your Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Addition CSS:

THEMELOGI Team, AWESOME! But in my 1st question i forget to mention the important thing in my case, is use the Page Layout options like Container Layout in the Shop Page. Is this posible? or should i use CSS for this? I need to use ‘small” as Container Layout.

Yes, in this case, you could add some CSS code in your Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Addition CSS, to reduce the container for your shop pages.

About this issue, please deactivate all the plugins (except TLG Framework & Visual Composer) to see if the problem is gone or not.
If the problem persist, I can recommend you some other optimize plugins below:

Yes, you can feel free to installed those optimize plugins since it’s very popular to improve the loading speed and google speed score.
Also, please try to deactivate all the plugins except TLG ramework, WPBakery Page Buider and Slider Revolution to see if it work for you or not.
Otherwise, you could optimize your images in the site so that it could load faster.

Good morning, I have a problem. The client tells me that the menu on cell phones is not working correctly. When you enter the page and navigate it and then go up to use the menu, the dropdown is not working, it does nothing. Sometimes when you have already navigated and upload again, if it works. Hello. Tried to log in into support account – did not work. Also tried to install DEMO content, followed all the guidelines but nothing works. When instalation process starts, after 2 minutes it shows me “504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time.”

About the demo images, as we’ve noted in the theme description, the demo images used on our demo sites are not included in the theme package due to the copyright license and will be replaced by sample placeholder images. So please simply change it to your own images instead.

After the last update of your theme, there were some issues that did not exist before.
Intro content has stopped displaying properly – it has problems with the background photo. It looks very bad. Half of the background is the added photo and the other half is color.
In addition, there is a problem with the hearts in the posts. By clicking on them, we are taken to the top of the page and not counting the likes.
Are you going to fix these issues any time soon?

Dear Author! For a while now I’ve been tryting to install Slider revolution and Woocommerce (although I do not need it for my site at the moment, Slider revolution is crucial though). I tried it through FTP but it will still give me the same error message: Unpacking the package…

Destination folder already exists. /nfs/c07/h02/mnt/179831/domains/abigaildoerr.com/html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Revolution Slider is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
It does not show among the plugins, so I am not able to update it. As I said I tried it through FTP as well, still no success.
Also, maybe for this reason when I import the demos it looks very terrible all the content is all over the place. I am not able to customize it or use it as intended. Please assist as it is an urgent matter.

To add a menu item open in new window, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Appearance > Menus. Then, click on the “Screen Options” button, located on the top right corner.
Step 2: Then, under “Show advanced menu properties”, check the “Link Target” option.
Step 3: On the Menu items options, a new field will be displayed – Link Target – to specify the target of the link.

In case is doesn’t work, most likely your web server is configured that only allow a certain size ZIP file to be uploaded via WP admin. In this case, you can simply unzip the theme file and upload theme folder via FTP to wp-content/themes folder and then go back to your Appearance > Themes to activate the theme.

Hi, great theme! I’ve just updated to the latest version of the theme today including all plugins, however the wordpress plugin “enable jquery migrate” which picks up issues is saying there is outstanding issues with deprecated code as per this screenshot https://prnt.sc/wiy9z9 – will there be a release soon to sort these?
