Hello guys, My WP Bakery is not listing and displaying visually all the items. For example Gallery or portfolio acts a shortcode (text block). If i search for this doesn’t appear. Is this normal? Using WP Bakery 6.4. Gracias!

Please find below the answer for your questions:

1. The issue may caused by your Cloudflare plugin as you can see in the topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/visual-composer-is-not-working-into-certain-web-browser/

So in this case, please deactivate the Cloudflare plugin on your site and try again. Also, you may want to use the Back-end editor instead of Front-end editor for better compatible.

Since I couldn’t access to your site now, there is error “redirected you too many times”, and this was caused by the “Flexible SSL for CloudFlare” plugin, you can ask them for support to remove that plugin safety in here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219871-Why-does-Flexible-SSL-cause-a-redirect-loop-and here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/err_too_many_redirects-after-latest-update-released-on-august-13-2020/

2. The theme only support WPBakery Page Builder for now.

Since there is error “redirected you too many times”, and this was caused by the “Flexible SSL for CloudFlare” plugin in your site, you can ask them for support to remove that plugin safety in here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219871-Why-does-Flexible-SSL-cause-a-redirect-loop-and here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/err_too_many_redirects-after-latest-update-released-on-august-13-2020/

You may need to switch back to http instead of https to fix the issue (you can ask your hosting provider via email/chat so they can help you set it back), or contact the plugin author “Flexible SSL for CloudFlare” for more information.

Hi Danny, Want a help. I have set my menu and Menu items. But I do not want the Main menu item to open any page. Only rather the menu items should open the page. Like in Humsys.in, a menu is Business and menu items are thr. I do not want Business to open rather the menu items like industies etc. Kindly help.

Hi, i’m having problems with image gallery system. I’ve tried with Lightbox masonry and Lightbox grid, but with both I see images duplicated when I click on an image and navigate the gallery. Take a look here please https://www.mantovasitiweb.it/deangelis/works/

Other problem, I’ve set 4 columns in the gallery, but after the fourth element, the accordion doesn’t shows the other elements in the preview (I mean, something like a second row of the accordion), but if you open the gallery. the pics are shown.

1. Yes, the theme supports change header layout on each pages/posts via individual options at bottom of the page/post editor.

It’s very simple indeed, just 2 points that you need to know to use our Advanced Options Network.

Option 1. There are global options that affect you entire site.

Option 2. There are individual options that affect only that page or post.

That is how the entire options network works and allows you to build incredibly unique, professional websites as you see here.

2. The social icons element is for the manual links only. The single posts has already supported social shared as in the screenshot here: https://ibb.co/sj9xzgC

Hi, I am using restaurant demo, I installed the demo. Backoffice shows all the rows, content , columns etc, but front doesn’t show few of them. Slider I had to add manually, underneath the slider, It shows blanks , hot deals blank and many more. Please provide a solution, as the only way it works, if I had to manually create everything.

i manage to add .webp images to my WordPress successfully but in the gallery, it doesn’t resize with ” Size ” option https://imgur.com/1H1EnNh and shown in pages like this https://imgur.com/oc2gAkL i just want it like this ” jpgs version ” https://imgur.com/pF2U8Mp the jpg version also doesn’t have the same size

This was caused by you’re using ‘Lightbox Grid Fullwidth’ layout, so the images will be displayed as Fullwidth (original size). So in this case, please change the gallery layout into ‘Lightbox Grid’ instead.

Hi there, I have downloaded both the Wordpress downloadable option and the All Files downloadable option after purchasing the (Navian) theme on Theme Forest. I am now trying to upload either the child or standard navian zap file into my wordpress account. I have gone to:

Appearance > Theme > Upload theme. I have then clicked upload to browse my down able files to find the folder. However i’m having difficulty. When I opt to upload the theme it seems to upload the child zip folder with no issue – in fact, it says it needs the original not the child folder. However when I upload the regular zip folder for Navian the screen is left in pending for a very long time (my browser load line in the http just seems to freeze mid way through and it holds there). What would you advise in this situation? Is there anything im doing, and have i so far uploaded all correctly?

The problem was caused by your hosting provider has the file size uploading configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. But please don’t worry, in this case, please install/upload the theme via FTP as in the documentation here: http://www.themelogi.com/docs/navian/ (in section 2: Theme Installation).
