Greetings, I have reached out via email, and support regarding the js_composer-6.8.0.zip unable to install.

I wanted to bring this to your attention: Going through all the files and within the nextapp-plugins.php it shows the following code below, however that plugin doesn’t appear to exist in that location or any other location. I see the last update to this theme was April, so perhaps during a repackage it was forgotten to be added.

‘name’ => esc_attr__( ‘WPBakery Page Builder’, ‘nextapp’ ), // The plugin name. ‘slug’ => ‘js_composer’, // The plugin slug (typically the folder name). ‘source’ => get_template_directory() . ’/tgmpa/plugins/js_composer-6.8.0.zip’, // The plugin source. ‘required’ => true, ‘version’ => ‘6.8.0’,

As mentioned above I did reach out to you via gmail (didnt know if that email was still active) as well as your support contact form. If you could email me that plugin, or provide me a link to download it, that would fantastic.

Peace Phil

Hi Phil,

Please check your email, We have shared you the link.

Best Regards, Jim

I have an issue - Downloading installation package from /dom318381/wp-content/themes/nextapp/tgmpa/plugins/js_composer-6.8.0.zip…

Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Please let me know how we can resolve this.

Please check your site now, plugin is installed

Okay, great — it’s working now. Could you also update the ZIP folder in my downloads section? I’m just using this website for demo purposes, and I’d like to reinstall the landing page on another domain. So please make sure the latest ZIP is available for download.

ok

Just purchased the theme. I can install the child theme, but the parent keeps giving me a WP link expired error. I’ve increased PHP to 8.2, increased php ini vars: 256m, 300 timeout, etc. —tried chrome and safari – no luck. All other themes, plugins, etc from previous theme work okay.

Please provide your site admin details and we will check this for you. You can send details here

I was able to make the changes. I somehow missed this is built on WPBakery. I stopped using that builder several years ago due to constant plugin collisions and nagging update issues. Sorry—I’ll have to move on to another product. GLWS.

Hi, I assume the theme supports translation using WPML. Do we need to subscribe to WPML separately? How much we need to pay for WPML

Thank you for your question! Yes, the theme supports translation using WPML, and we have included the .pot files necessary for translation. However, you will need to subscribe to WPML separately to use its features.

For pricing details and subscription options, please visit this link: https://wpml.org/purchase/

If you need further assistance feel free to reach out!

No funciona ninguna pagina DEMO! es imposible hacerse una idea de como es el template

Hola,

Consulta nuestra demostración ahora.

Saludos cordiales, Jim

I have pre-sale questions. What’s your support email?

Much of the beauty of this theme are the iphone photo mockups. Are there editable the iphone mockup Photoshop files that come with this theme so we can put our app screens on them?

We don’t have Photoshop files with us but let me know few of mockups you wanted to change and we will see what best we can do for you.

Did you make any decision?

I bought this theme today and I am using layout 9 for my website. However, when I change the logo, it appears smaller than the original image that I uploaded. I tried uploading a very large image, but it did not make any difference on the website. The same problem happens with the hero image and other images on the website. I upload large images, but they are displayed smaller. Even after changing the image settings, there is no update.

Please help me fix this issue with the theme.

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the challenges you’re facing with our Nextapp theme.

I understand the issue you’ve described regarding the logo and other images appearing smaller than expected, despite uploading larger images and adjusting the settings. To better assist you and get to the root of the problem, I would appreciate access to your website’s admin credentials.

Could you please share the following details with me? WordPress Admin URL Username Password You can send details here :: https://themeforest.net/user/jthemes/

Rest assured that the information you provide will be treated with utmost confidentiality, and I will only use it for the purpose of troubleshooting and resolving the issue you’re experiencing.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate the theme settings, inspect the code, and identify any potential conflicts that might be causing the image sizing problem. I’ll work to provide a solution that ensures your images display as intended.

If you have any specific preferences regarding the timing of this access or any additional details you think might be relevant, please feel free to let me know.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you promptly.

Hello

I am trying to simply update the hero images on the Nextapp Template (basically the Hero 1 image at the top of the landing page).

When I click on ‘templates’ and ‘Nextapp Templates’ in the WPBakery Page Builder I get the following error when I expand any of the templates:

“There has been a critical error on this website.”

Can you please explain how to fix or access and edit these assets in a different way?

Thanks in advance Kris

I appreciate you reaching out about the issue you encountered while updating the hero images on the Nextapp Template. I understand the importance of having a seamless editing experience.

To address the error you’re encountering, please follow these steps:

Check Error Logs: First, let’s investigate the error by checking the error logs on your WordPress website. You can find these logs in the WordPress admin dashboard under “Settings” > “Logging” or by accessing your website’s server logs. Look for any specific error messages related to the critical error.

Deactivate Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins, and then try accessing the Nextapp Templates in WPBakery Page Builder again. If the error disappears, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting plugin causing the issue.

Memory Limit: Sometimes, critical errors can occur due to insufficient PHP memory. You can increase the memory limit by adding the following line to your wp-config.php file:

php Copy code
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); Place this line just before the ”/* That’s all, stop editing! */” line.
Alternative Access: If the issue persists, consider accessing and editing the Nextapp Template assets via the WordPress theme editor or by accessing the theme files directly through FTP.

Or you can share your website credentials with us here :: jakjim@gmail.com. our developer will look into your issue.

If you continue to experience difficulties or have additional questions, please let me know, and I’ll be more than happy to assist you further.

I need to modify the term and condition link under the web form (on the top) Not the footer

Can you tell me where I should go for changes ? Thanks

Thanks for your attention.

You are talking about the demo-3 hero section Contact Form terms and conditions. For a better understanding, I have attached an image link. https://prnt.sc/R3piJQG-RM4T

1st: Go to your page edit with WPBakery now you can see the Contact Form 7 custom widget. Selected the contact form “Nextapp Hero form”.

2nd: Go to Contact Form 7, here you will find the “Nextapp Hero form”. Click on Edit, you will find this term and condition link.

If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

It is … and it is helpful. Thank you.

Hello… I just received the update… but What has been updated? and how do I update it without loosing anything? Thanks

Hello,

Updating a WordPress theme without losing anything is generally straightforward, but it’s essential to take some precautions to ensure a smooth process and prevent data loss. Here’s a step-by-step guide to safely update your WordPress theme:

1. Backup Your Website:
Before making any changes, create a complete backup of your website. You can do this using a WordPress backup plugin like UpdraftPlus or by manually copying your WordPress files and database.

2. Update WordPress:
Ensure that you’re running the latest version of WordPress itself. Outdated WordPress versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues with newer themes.

3. Update Plugins:
Similarly, update all your plugins to their latest versions. Themes and plugins often work together, and outdated plugins can also cause compatibility problems.

4. Check Theme Documentation:
Review the theme’s documentation or changelog provided by the theme developer. This will give you information about what changes have been made in the latest update.

5. Child Theme (Recommended):
If you’ve made customizations to your theme’s code, it’s strongly recommended to use a child theme. Child themes inherit the functionality of the parent theme while allowing you to make customizations without affecting the main theme. If you’re not already using one, consider setting up a child theme before updating.

6. Test in a Staging Environment (Optional):
If possible, set up a staging or test environment that mirrors your live website. This allows you to test theme updates without affecting your live site. Many hosting providers offer staging environments as part of their services.

7. Download the Latest Theme Version:
Visit the theme’s official website or marketplace (e.g., WordPress.org, ThemeForest) and download the latest version of your theme to your computer.

8. Install the Updated Theme:
You can update your theme in one of two ways:

WordPress Dashboard:
a. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
b. Navigate to “Appearance” > “Themes.”
c. Find your current theme and click on it.
d. Click the “Add New” button.
e. Upload the updated theme ZIP file you downloaded earlier.
f. Activate the updated theme.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol):
a. Connect to your website using an FTP client like FileZilla.
b. Navigate to the “wp-content/themes” directory.
c. Upload the unzipped theme folder from your computer to the “themes” directory, overwriting the old theme files.

9. Verify Your Website:
After updating the theme, check your website thoroughly. Test all pages, functionality, and customizations to ensure everything is working as expected.

10. Reapply Customizations (if necessary):
If you’re not using a child theme and had made customizations directly to your theme’s files, you may need to reapply these changes. This is another reason why using a child theme is recommended.

11. Monitor for Issues:
Keep an eye on your website for a few days after the update to ensure there are no unexpected issues. Sometimes, theme updates can reveal compatibility problems with certain plugins or configurations.

If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thanks for your cooperation.
