Hi, does the current version of oxygen supports wordpress 6.7.2?
The latest version of Oxygen was released on January 27, 2025, while WordPress 6.7.2 was released on February 11, 2025. Although Oxygen is not officially marked as compatible with WordPress 6.7.2, there are no known issues with it. If you get any issues with it, feel free to reach out.

Hi, I’ve updated to Oxygen 6.0.0 and now suddenly all colors are back to default.I see this message in theme options: Warning: custom-skin.css is not writable, skin cannot be compiled!
But never had issues before the update. I tried changing permission to 777 but doesn’t work.

Hi, after updating the theme from v5.32 to v5.33 I have an issue on checkout. So this is to inform you regarding a possible bug: Customers can’t click ‘order now’ button on the checkout page although the default payment gateway is selected. After switching between different payment gateways the ‘order now’ button is clickable. After downgrading from v5.33 to v5.32 the issue is gone.

Hi there, FYI: when updating the theme from v5.31 to v5.32 I have a bug in the product images. Loading spinner stays visible and images are not loaded. When clicking the product image on product page the image is opened in _self. I rolled back to version 5.31.

Hello, after the last update of the theme the shop archive title is displayed two times. ‘header class=”woocommerce-products-header”’ is included in ‘div id=”primary”’ as well as in ‘div class=”products-archive”’. How to fix this?

Hello… I have a very strange problem with Oxygen… the page where it shows the product details is appearing broken as can be seen in the link ( https://kanawaibrasil.com.br/produto/top-expresso-duplo / ) but when the user accesses the store profile it works normally again, the error occurs only for offline users.

Have you tried troubleshooting the issue by disabling plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue, this does not seem to be a theme problem from what I can see as you are getting 404 errors for all the images.

Hi,
I have updated to latest version of Oxygen few days back and try to update the theme options for Custom Skin Builder under theme styling but got the following error
[HTTP/3 500 Internal Server Error 622ms]
and in response got the following result
There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
Note: Above exception only occur when we save/update the Custom Skin Builder option. For other theme options, it does not have any issue.
I am using WP Version 5.9.3, Oxygen Theme Version 5.14 and PHP version 8.1.4 (Supports 64bit values).

1) This theme won’t be removed from Envato anytime soon right?
2) Is the page editor now comes with Elementor? Or is it still with WPB Bakery? It’s showing Elementor in your description section.

1. There are no such plans as removing the theme from the marketplace.
2. Actually the theme supports Elementor to build pages but all the demos are built with WPBakery Page Builder.
You can also check our other themes such as Aurum, or our best-seller Kalium which is undergoing a huge update especially for eCommerce and it is going to be on of the most-powerful themes in the WooCommerce segment.

I have added a fix in that function, can you please try it and see if works for you because I am unable to reproduce the exact error as you have described:
1. Download “woocommerce-single.php” file from this link https://d.pr/f/R5HA77+ 2. Replace it in ~/wp-content/themes/oxygen/inc
This should fix the problem.

This is not a normal problem. Please check if you are using a caching plugin or any third-party plugin (that does not come with our theme is creating this problem.

oxygen/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 3.5.5 is out of date. The core version is 6.1.0,
Please release an Update to fix this problem, because my Website is no longer shoppable because of this and I’m loosing money.

We don’t modify that file of WooCommerce so it seems that you have modified it.
The latest version of Oxygen fully supports WooCommerce and only the files that you see on this screenshot are modified.
