It seems like the settings I created with WooCommerce have changed. One of my clients ordered >$100 in product and was supposed to receive free shipping, but it did not work. Do you have a tutorial on how to set up the free shipping trigger again? (along with how to set up other shipping rates)

If you use AJAX filtering, it won’t refresh the page as it is AJAX so it will load there.

Thank you I fixed it. One more question. In contact-us page there is a google map. At first it didn’t work, then I add Google API code and it started working on the main page. But problem is that is not working in admin panel when I try to add location. I get error: ops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

Hello, on my site when i go tot he shop page in mobile it is not displaying correctly. I’ve updated the theme and VC but still has a display of multiple items rather than one at a time. How can I correct this?

The page is showing 3 items per row, nothing seems wrong though.

When your purchase the theme you get a 6 month free support, you can purchase extra theme support together when getting the theme or after it expires.

Yes, but that is not how the shop page is supposed to be displayed in mobile mode. It is supposed to show each product one by one. Compare my shop page (thehappycampers.com/shop) with this shop page that is using the same theme (http://www.boldreams.com/shop-2/). Be sure to view both using a mobile phone. Thanks

I can’t figure out why our products at some pages are not listen 4 per row. Look at this url: http://shavingroom.se/produkt-kategori/rakset/​

Most of the rows have 4 products but then some have only 1 or 3. Product image sizes are the same and everything else.

You are using an old version of our theme (4.0) and the latest version for the moment is (4.1), please update theme first and then the premium plugins too.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hi, I’m looking at your theme for a website that will sell one service, similar with classes. I want to be able to put all information up and for people to select a date and book themselves in, up to a set maximum room capacity per session. I’ve not used woocommerce before, but it looks like this could do what I need – am I correct? I’m not a developer but have set up over ten WordPress sites so far. Thanks for a quick reply (I want to get it done asap).

I want to show the breadcrumbs on shop page.. how it is possible because on category pages it work fine but on main shop page its not working…

Hi! First of all, congratulation for the great work!

I have two small problems. They appear after installing the WPML plugin:

1. Images of footer (supported payments) are not visible (http://prntscr.com/dch7ok). This is because it includes the “es /” or “en” strings in the URLs of the logos (http://prntscr.com/dchhti).

2. When I hover the mouse over the image of a listed product, the second image of the product does not appear, instead a generic image appears (http://prntscr.com/dchtbc).

Could you help me with this?

Hello. I love the theme but never got chance to make use of the support for it – I only realised this was an inclusive 6 month thing a few days after it expired! My only question is about the speed of my site. My host has said the theme is making the site www.hellofit.co.uk slow, can you verify this?
