We don’t unfortunately but you can view the Pivot demo from China? This would be a good indicator – although depending on the host the user is with this could vary.
Hello and thank you for the answer. I live in Switzerland and my website is intended for Chinese clients living in China. For information, all the sites developed with wordpress are blocked in China. Pivot is a tool html but I want to be sure of its availability on the web Chinese. If someone can give me an URL of a website developed with Pivot, I will perform a connection test from China.
Hey Pascal, can you not just perform a test on the demo page? pivot.mediumra.re from China? That’s a pure HTML version of Pivot so should be as good as any other link that’s using Pivot HTML

Variant has been designed to run locally from your own machine by simply opening builder.html in your browser. Chrome and FF give best results. Therefore no need to host it anywhere

Currently working on putting together a site using this, and have built a more complex contact form with multiselect options. Running into an issue when the form POSTS through JS to the swift mailer mail.php. Everything is going through except the multi-select values. I tried doing name=”name[]” to pass the array as with a standard php form, but once it processes through, rather than sending the values it just says “array”...
Is this something that needs to be addressed in the scripts.js file or within the swift mailer files?

Hello. Is there an update to Variant somewhere? I noticed the demo version on your website has newer / more options (full screen video, specifically). The Variant app that came with Pivot does not have this option.

You could create your own FAQ using the ‘Text Columns’. Just clone the columns as you need for each Q and A
Where can I find the full list of elegant & line icons? I already have the template but I need to see the full icon list
The quickest way I can think of is to load up Variant builder and open the icon selector dialog box and inspect for the name of the icon you wan to use. That will show you the class name you need to apply to get your desired icon.

I want to have a full screen slider. Reading thru the comments I found a post you made about 5 months ago in response to someone else wanting to do this.. You said to look at the one-page template. Quote: ” one-page template – that is using a fullscreen slider that resizes itself on each pageload based on the size of the browser.”
There is no reference to ‘hero-slider’ on that onepage template page. How can I have a full-screen slider that loads the slides full browser size and has the navigation, etc.

You would need to use Disqus (disqus.com) and paste the comment form code in there. In pure HTML there isn’t a way to manage a database of comments, replies etc.

You are welcome to edit the code in builder.html to add and edit the blocks, but we don’t support this. Builder code is not open source and you receive a minified version. The builder is designed to run locally on your machine so there is no need for an image uploader.

Hi, I have been trying to import images but in vain.
When I import an image it displays an red box in the place of an image stating: ‘Copy ‘the image’ to your img folder then click here to refresh.”
I have tried the above but couldnt get the hang of it. It would be great if you could explain the procedure to me.

Hi There,
The image needs to be placed in your img folder in the place you are using the builder. This will not work if you are using the demo online, or using your own copy on your own hosting server.
Run Variant locally on your machine after unzipping it to a folder, then the folder you need to put the images in is the Pivot 2.0.2/img folder.
