Hi,
Suddenly our homepage stopped working due problems with the Primrose: SiteOrigin Widgets, according to the error report send by wordpress.
On other pages it is still working, so it’s a mystery to me. Can you help out?
I went to update my homepage, built with the site builder, and for some reason, the builder options aren’t showing and there’s an error at the bottom of the page, under the image that used to be in my slideshow ( I can’t even delete the image). I tried editing other pages built with the site builder and the same thing happens.
My site, the plugin and theme are all up-to-date. Any ideas?

I’ve been using your Primrose theme for a few years now without any trouble at all, it’s a gorgeous theme!
Taking a few minutes to troubleshoot, (since my site is broken) and the culprit is the “Primrose: SiteOrigin Widgets”
Is there any update for this plugin? I really love this theme and don’t want to purchase/change designs as I’ve spent a lot of time and put a lot of love into my site over the years.

My checkout page is not working. When deactivating Primrose: site origins widgets, the checkout page is working again.I de-activated all my order plugins but the Primrose plugin is causing the problem. I updated all the plugins as well… Is there a way to work around this problem or do you have any suggestions?

My site has ‘text-transform: uppercase;’ enabled for the Primrose Hero Slider css and I can’t figure out where to edit/remove that. It’s not in my Custom CSS, but it is in “plugins/primrose-siteorigin-widgets/css/main.css?ver=1.5.2”
Are there settings somewhere that I can edit that?

It’s Primrose plugin CSS. There is no options to change the text-transform. You can use custom CSS to change the text-transform. Here is the code:

My icons have gone missing, such as search, arrows, shopping cart. At first it was just the shopping chart, however, now it is arrows and more. I cannot find where to add them back and have reviewed various forums without luck. The url for my website is: https://viravirki.is/.

Is this theme still being supported and updated? I first notice that after updating my database, my whole menu went all over the place and thought it was a plugin conflict. But now cant find the usual customiser options and I cant resize the logo which somehow is huge now. Can you please confirm if you are still updating this theme and how to resize the logo? Thank you
Hi portredenata, what update that you run? Customizer options should be available on Appearance > Customize. Also please share a screenshot or site URL, so we can check the issue.

ok issue solved, it was a plugin conflict.
With the last version of WC (5.5.2), WP (5.7.2) and Primrose Theme (1.5.3) i’ve found two bugs: - “Product images gallery model” option is working only with “Default (woocommerce gallery)”, image slider is not working - “primrose hero slider” is not showing images, i’m now using siteorigin slider

Hello.. Trying to align the “Banner Advertisement” on certain pages.. but, just as it is.. it’s off centered? Can you give me CSS to use in order to make sure the “Banner Advertisement” is centered? Have a look here on your iPhone or Android:

Hi R0R0z.. I’m actually using a plugin to create the banner advertisement.. not the widget that comes with the theme. Is there a way to use the widget that you created that will be aligned in the center so I don’t have to use a 3rd party widget?
I don’t know if you can have a look at some of your demo sites with this theme.. and see that the side bar widget that has the advertisement is not centered.
Do you have any CSS that you can give to be able to center the banner ad.. without having to use a 3rd party widget?

Our demo sidebar is using text widget so you can center the image using this format <center>your image html code</center>

Hi, I just purchased a new support extension for my theme, but I am unable to open a new ticket on the SingleStroke website for the Primrose theme. It will not verify via Envato and I have not been emailed a new Purchase Code. Please can you advise?
I am having problems with my website header banner no longer filling the entire space horizontally on my browser (www.joliverdesigns.co.uk). The banner seems to only fill half of the header area when I open the page. But when I adjust my browser horizontally, it suddenly fills the entire space. Is this something I can fix?

I have the "video" enabled to be in the Header.. but, on mobile.. I'm using at least 3 different browsers.. and, not able to get the video to "auto play?"It works fine on Surface Pro tablet and other tablets and desktop / laptops.. but, on my iPhone & Android.. it won’t auto play?

Hi.. Wanted to see if you can help with what seems to be a bug.. my header video loads sometimes and plays normally on Mobile (iPhone & Android).. https://AllNaturalBox.com but, sometimes it doesn’t..it’s intermittent.
Seems like it works just fine all the time on Tablets and Desktops.. just a problem with Mobile (iPhone / Androids) Can you have a look and help me fix this issue.. or provide an update to the theme to take care of this issue?

I checked on my 2 android phones and the header video works normally on both of them. Maybe sometimes you need more time to load the video (depend on your internet connection). Your home page contains 2 videos which total almost 50MB.

2 things..on the homepage where the social media icons are at the very bottom.. I don’t see the Facebook or Instagram icons but, I do see them on all other pages? Can you give me a bit of css to force the Facebook and Instagram icons to show on the homepage?

The Social Media icons doesn’t show on your homepage because it crashed with arprice plugin. It uses different Font Awesome version.
Please try to disable font icons from ARPrice plugin settings. https://prnt.sc/10rhft9
