Hi, I have been trying to fix the blurry images on the catalog and products pages, they are the right sizes and hi res, and I came across something very odd: when you first open website images appear blurry but if you go into any product and reload the product page the image loads crystal clear. And if you then go back to the previous catalog page that particular image is crystal clear.
I have read documentation about Jetpack and its “Enable site accelerator.” I deactivated and even deleted this plugin but cant find a fix for this issue. Any ideas about this issue?

Hi, if you imported our demo, you would see some home pages imported (Dashboard > Pages). One of them is the Home Grid layout. You should make this page as the “homepage” from your settings page. Go to Settings > Reading > Homepage.

does this theme not support dropdown menus for variations on product pages? When I select the option “Display product variations in dropdown menu” and click save and update, it automatically unticks itself and the variations are still not displayed in a dropdown menu.

No, i don’t use any 3rd party plugin for this.
However, last night I found a solution: instead of clicking the “publish” button right after ticking the box one should first refresh the page. Then the box remains ticket after clicking “publish”. Is this intentional? I don’t think I haver had to do this for another theme.

Thank you for all of your help.. the instructions to use the Bubble option is not showing up like the native widget for instagram you had in previous versions.. this new option doesn’t show up correctly on mobile devices.. is there a way to use the instagram widget from the previous versions.. this new option you have is a premium option if I want it to look like it did before.. is there anyway you can help me with this?

Could you go to Customize > Footer and set the “Choose the plugin that handles the instagram feed data” option to “Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed (Instagram Feed)”.
After that, please install the plugin and setup your Instagram connection.

I've installed the Smash plugin.. but, on Mobile.. it doesn't look the way it use to look with just using the WP Instagram plugin that came with your theme when you initially launched it? If I keep using the new way you have it with Smash plugin.. if I want the instagram feed to look the way it use when all I had to do was use the original WP Instagram plugin that came with the theme I would have to PAY for the Smash Pro plugin in order to use your theme the way you launched it initially.. I don't think that's fair to your customers to have to now pay for a plugin that was not apart of your original theme when I purchased it.Can you help me use the original WP Instagram plugin so my site will look like it did when I purchased your theme? I don’t want to have to “pay for a plugin” when it wasn’t apart of the original theme purchase.

Hi Winners, we can’t fix the issue of WP Instagram plugin because we’re not the plugin author. That’s why we offer an alternative which is the Smash Balloon plugin.
As for the responsive display issue of the Smash Balloon plugin, we would release the patch soon

Yes absolutely, there is an option to change the number of columns.
As for multi columns sub menu, you should try integrating a “Mega Menu” plugin. There are free and premium plugins for this, but if you’re interested in a free solution, you should try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/
On the product category pages, can you have products load by scrolling down instead of pagination (page 1, page 2, etc.)?

Hi, I got a notification of a new theme update on my email, but I dont see it on the themes section of Wordpress. Do I manually need to download it and install it or will it show up eventually as an available theme update in Wordpress?
You need to manually update it. Or if you have Envato Market plugin installed and set up, you will get a notification in your WordPress dashboard to automatically update the theme.

You can use 3rd party plugins for social sharing features. There are a lot of free plugins that you can use.
As about SEO, our theme is fully compatible with all SEO plugins like Yoast SEO, All in One SEO, etc. So you can choose the SEO plugin that you like.
As for free plugins, no.. We don’t include VC and WPML. We use SiteOrigin Page Builder (free) and for WPML, we can’t bundle it into the theme.

Hi, the form works well on all Android browsers and Safari iOS, but not on Chrome iOS. There are chances that your script, which disables right click, that causes this issue. Please try to disable the script and see if it works on Chrome iOS.
