My partner has bought this theme and we’ve been building a webshop around it. Just one thing I can’t seem to figure out (and neither can she). If we select a video and put it in the hero slider, it works fine on desktop, but shows nothing on iOS or Android. I’ve looked through the documentation, but I can’t find anything. Heeeelp!

Hi Mike, the video is intentionally disabled on mobile devices due to the “autoplay” policy on some browsers. We would evaluate this again from time to time.
Is there a way for me to enable it? It’s exactly what we want, a little movie in the hero slider that autoplays
Hi chobinho, we’re just uploading a new update and it’s currently under review. We added a new option to make the video available on mobile devices as well.

Hello, I really love the layout and style of this theme – it’s so nearly perfect, but have two small things that are stopping me and wanted to pass this by you before discounting it.
I note in an earlier comment you recommended the Mega Menu plugin to a customer looking for the additional columns in the drop down menu. If I were to install this plugin OR another similar one, do you know if this will automatically use the same colours, fonts, style as is already used in the theme – or is this something I would have to code myself?
I’ve also viewed a few live examples using this theme (by browsing through comments), and when going to the checkout, the box to login if you’ve ordered before just isn’t as sleek as the rest of the design. Can this be displayed in any other way? Many thanks in advance.
Hi amanda, it depends on your mega menu plugin. Most plugin will use the inherited styles from the theme.
As for the checkout styles, by “isn’t as sleed as the rest of the design”, can you point out which part that you feel need to be improved?
Hi there – where is version 1.4.3 available to download? The download from Themeforest is only Version 1.4.2 – and the Instagram widget is broken (and is also broken in the themes demo). Thanks!

The version 1.4.2 already include an alternative for the Instagram widget plugin. If you go to the Customizer settings, there would be another option to choose different plugin.

Hi! I just checked and have Version 1.4.2 of the theme installed, and I now see there’s a 1.4.3 version according to the changelog. However, my Envato Market WordPress Plugin and the “Themes” tab in my dashboard aren’t showing any updates for the theme for me to click.
I tried generating a new API token and still no theme updates show.

There are a lot of Wishlist plugins, both free and paid ones. You can try them with Primrose, it should work pretty well.
Hi, Im trying to make my home page full width but cant figure out how. Its not on your documentation. When i insert a banner it defaults to narrow width, even using the provided full width layouts.

I am using the hero slider on the home page. I have used photoshop to create high res images in 1200px, 1600px, 1920px+ (dpi at 300px), but they all show up blurry.

We have done some optimizations on our end, but speed really depends on many factors, like your hosting, your content, images, CDN, and uses of other 3rd party plugins.
As we sell Primrose exclusively on ThemeForest, you can refer to ThemeForest’s refund policy.
Does Primrose 1.4.2 support php 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4? I have primrose 1.4.1 running on 7.1 but I need to update to a higher version of php. Thanks

Hello. Again, the instagram plug in is not working. I can see comments saying to just switch to smash balloon in the customizer, however that option doesnt exist. as this issue has been ongoing, please advise what we need to do to get the smash balloon option.
