We would like to buy this theme, but before that we would like to confirm the following.
1. Is it fully compatible with WPML plugin? 2. Is it uses WP Bakery page builder (Visual composer)? if not please specify which page builder it uses. Description says ‘Drag & drop Page Builder’ but not specified its name.

Hi, we use SiteOrigin page builder. And yes the theme is fully compatible wih WPML.
I have a Hero Slider in place. When I enable the Primrose parallax scrolling effect,and refresh the page – the image is at the incorrect resolution with too much empty space underneath. When I begin to scroll the the image snaps into the position it should be and the parallax animation begins.

Hi Nick, looks like you have wrong configuration on your WordPress websites. Your Site URL setting somehow leads to “https://www.1701.co.za/fresh/”.
Hi there, thanks for your reply. We have a Wordpress URL which is under /fresh – contains the wp files, It’s been like that for a while. Is that the issue?
We can change that if that’s the issue but it’s been like that since initial development.

Please advise on the following error message on the Wordpress dashboard:
Your theme (Primrose) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Hi Lisa, can you mention which template files are flagged as outdated?
This is usually because you are using Child Theme with custom WooCommerce template files. Primrose doesn’t modify any WooCommerce template via files, so it’s not from the theme.

Hi Lisa, looks like you (or your developer) have modified the theme files. The mentioned file: primrose/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php is not our original theme file. Please contact your developer to fix the outdated codes.

We want the homepage as your grid layout one. But I cannot get rid of the entry header “home” word. I want it to be like yours, with no entry header and no separation between the menu and the slider image.

Hi! I bought your theme years ago, and I’ve been using it since then. The theme is beautiful and very useful, very functional. I can create any look I want for my website thanks to its features. I wanted to thank you for that. And also I have been very happy with the support’s service, thanks for that too.
But very unfortunately, my website disappeared all of a sudden 2 weeks ago. I asked my hosting company what was the problem, and they told me their system found some destructive folders in both the theme and the plugins in it and removed my website for security.
Just wanted to let you know about the issue, so maybe you can fix or update the theme anytime soon to prevent any harmful plugins, features and etc.
Now I need to build my website all over again, and am very afraid this might happen again.
I don’t mean to write a bad comment about this theme, I am really happy with it, but I didn’t know how to reach the creator 
Please let me know if this problem can be fixed with an update.
Besides all, I really recommend this theme to everyone reading this.

First, sorry to hear about your website. Quoting the reason from your hosting service: “their system found some destructive folders in both the theme and the plugins in it and removed my website for security”.
So your hosting service removed your website because they found something “destructive” on themes and plugins folder? Is there any further detail about the “destructive” part? We would like to know more details about the reason why the themes and plugins folder were considered harmful.
And also, what hosting service are you using?

Hi guys, am a bit of a beginner when it comes to installing themes, what exactly does this mean:
- This theme only works for WordPress.org installation, not WordPress.com hosted site (WordPress.com doesn’t allow custom theme)
my site is hosted by godaddy, running wordpress themes, but there is a section for uploading a new theme, so I’m a bit confused..? Will i be able to run this theme?
Yes it would be able to run Primrose.
It referred to the free WordPress.com service, which doesn’t allow you to upload a custom theme, unless you have Business Plan.
If you run WordPress on a host, that means you are using WordPress.org version, that allows you to do everything, uploading theme, plugins, modifying code, etc.
So, Primrose will be fine in your case

out of nowhere came to me problem with home page. Slider is not working and like half of my site origin setting on homepage is not showing also footer and instagram widget and i dont know why my home page is here now : https://sikinthecity.sk/home-image-slider/
i found everything is working when i disable woocommerce plugin (but this is not solution) i tried also update theme and also woocommerce but that not work can you help me please what to do ? Thank you LUKAS

Looks like it’s a server performance error. We can’t figure out the problem by viewing your website frontend only.
Can you extend your support and create a ticket on our support forum? We would also need a temporary login detail to your website. That way our support team can examine your website more thoroughly and find the issue faster.

hi ! I noticed an issue also on your demo on the cart page: http://singlestroke.io/demo/primrose-wp/cart/ . If i click on the cart icon, the widget shopping cart does not show as it does on other pages. I saw a similar comment a couple of years ago from another themeforest user, and you replied that it was a problem linked to woocommerce itself. Is it solved now or the issue persist?

Hi Flavio, yes that is the default behavior of WooCommerce cart widget. When you are in the cart / checkout page, the cart widget becomes empty.
You could change this behavior my putting this snippet on your Child Theme’s functions.php:
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_widget_cart_is_hidden’, ‘__return_false’, 10 );

Or you can simply search for “Custom Posts Per Page” in your dashboard’s Plugins > Add New.
Hi I’m trying to install the theme in wordpress (in Appearance > Themes > Add New), however when I tried uploading the zip file, it says “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”, am I doing anything wrong? Kindly advise
Hi, please make sure you uploaded the theme zip file, not the whole download package. The whole download package contains theme zip file, child theme zip file, and documentation URL.

Hi tatiana, to add tooltip in the grid item would require custom coding, as it’s not currently supported on the widget.

Hi, you need to set the “Your homepage displays” option to “Your latest posts”.
It shows the Blog posts but I also want to show the right hand side column like in the demo. Is this possible?
Off course, you can go to Customize > Blog and set the “Blog pages template” option to “Default (with Sidebar)”

I’m a Wordpress-beginner, making a webshop. I installed the theme primrose, and everything works except the paginations at the product pages. I’m using the WooCommerce Posts Grid and marked the option: Add paginations to bottom of the grids (if there any)
Still the’re no paginations at my shop pages.. only when I’m using ‘search’ I’ll see them.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
The sidebar has narrow width, so we don’t recommend having 4 products in a row in the sidebar. However you can set the widget to display 4 products instead of 5 (as seen in the demo).
And yes the theme is compatible with WPML.
