Hello, I love your theme! Do you know if it is working with a Visual composer plugin?
Hi nekuda, we use SiteOrigin Page Builder for our main page builder integration, which is much easier than Visual Composer. You can still run Visual Composer, however no additional page builder element is provides for Visual Composer.

It’s a custom small image we include, you can save that image and upload it into your website and then include the tag on your topbar or menu item label.

the theme is not easy to customise at all. I have another question. How do we create a drop down menu? I want the drop down menu to redirect to another products page which i want to create? Do i upload the new products on the same product page or would i have to create a new products page? If yes, how do we create a new products page?

You can put your description on the “Short description” box, not the main editor box.
To create a dropdown menu, you can go to Appearance > Menus. And then you can add and drag the menu items to make it a submenu of a menu item. It’s basic WordPress things.
By the way, I am not sure what do you mean with “another products page”? Can you explain more?

Hi SingleStroke. Thanks I was able to set up the demo after 4 attempts. However upon seeing the products page, i notice that my product images look blurry but they look fine and sharp on lightbox. How does one fix this? Thanks
What is your image size? We have standard guidelines of image sizing. Uploading low-resolution image would make it looks blurry.

Hello, I would like to buy this theme but have some questions:
1- Is it possible to add quick view, wishlist and add to cart buttons on the products (on home page etc)?
2- Since it doesn’t support visual composer, I don’t know SiteOrigin, is it easy to change the homepage layout (banner sizes or location) etc?

1. The add to cart button on products grid is optional and an be activated from our customizer. But unfortunately, the quick view popup is not available right now. But we will keep improving the features on next updates. The quick view popup is one of the list.
2. Yes, it’s easy to customize using Site Origin page builder. It’s a bit simpler than Visual Composer.

Hi, I’m trying to install the Primrose theme that I just purchased, by following the steps in the `Importing Primrose Demo Data’ video. But I can’t find the – primrose.xml – file that I need to import, within the folders I recieved via my purchase. Could you advise please?

Hi Angela, in the latest version, you don’t need to locate the xml anymore, you only to go to Appearances > Import Demo Data and click the button. All the process will go automatically.

Hello, I just purchased this theme and am loving the way it looks so far! I’m having an issue figuring out the hero slider for the homepage. When I click on the Primrose:Hero Slider in the page builder and hit edit… mine is blank. Is it supposed to be like this? Do I edit this someplace else? Please let me know what to do… I have installed all the plugins I was supposed to with this theme.

I want to add lookbooks and i’m thinking of using the same slider of the home page, With what plugin is made the home? is it possible to do that?
The other option i was thinking is using the blog, in that case can i hide or delete the Dates, author, comments, reviews, replys and everything execpt the images and text? so it looks like a lookbook.

Thanks for checking out Primrose. You can use the image slider (like on the home page) on other pages. We use Page Builder module integrated with our theme.
About the blog, yes you can hide the authors and comments section. Our support guy could help you if you have any questions like this.

Hi, i’ve succesfully updated primrose, some bugs arised though. In Theme Customizer, the setting “Related products—columns” has no effects (in single product page, the columns of related products reflects the setting “Products grid n.o. columns”). Also, in the single product page, the shop sidebar appears, even if i set the value of “product page template” to “Narrow width”. Please help

You can change the hex color with anything you like.
