Hi vilone, you need to update (reinstall) the Primrose SiteOrigin Widgets plugin. Aftervthat, you can go to your page builder and use the prebuilt layout for Home Grid.
I’m sorry but how can i update the Primrose SiteOrigin Widgets plugin?
Delete the plugin and reinstall it from Plugins > Required Plugins
I do it but nothing change
In the prebuilt layout options, please choose the 2nd “Home – Image Slider”, we put wrong name and description, but it’s actually the “Home – Grid” layout.

Hi there, I have just uploaded the primrose theme to my wordpress page and yesterday the customise menu bar worked perfectly, being able to upload a header image, social media links, etc. but today the only option I have is widget. lease can you advise me on how to get the original menu back.

Hello – I am IN LOVE with this theme – it appears to have everything I was looking for just as you show it on your demo. PRE SALE questions: It appears that you have a parent and child theme install. Is the Demo the child theme? Can it be installed as shown as you say (without images of course) Seems too good to be true! Lastly – re: updates – it is my understanding updates are to the parent theme – if you use child them, then no update needed. is this true? Thanks in advance for your time.

Glad knowing you are in LOVE with Primrose – Yes we include Parent Theme and Child Theme in the package. Child Theme is intended for advanced customizations including code changes or adding new filters, etc.
If the parent theme built in customizations are enough, there is no need to use Child Theme. However, we still suggest the Child Theme, because there is no risk using Child Theme. Later, when you need advanced customizations, you don’t need to migrate to Child Theme anymore.
When there is new update for Primrose, you only need to replace the parent theme. Your customizations on the Child Theme would remain safe. That’s why hardcoded change shouldn’t be applied to Parent Theme
As for the demo data import, YES! You can install the theme and follow our video tutorial and importing the demo data. It’s less than 5minutes to setup. The result would be the exact same as our demo site. You only need to change the images to your own.

Hi, you can create the black theme section using the Page Builder row’s settings. Try to change the background color to dark and text to white.
About the footer widget text. You can use the HTML character after your icon span.

The page builder is in your editor page. There is a new tab “Page Builder” besides “Visual” and “Text”. Make sure, all the required plugin is installed.

1. There are some extensions of Woocommerce, after did some researches we found a plugin which could handle PayUmoney payment: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-payu-paisa/
2. We use standard WordPress Import library for our demo data import. Normally, there would be no issue if you follow our video tutorial (available on the documentation).
3. We build our theme for any kind of users. The installation of the theme should be okay if you follow our documentation throughly. OR if you are already familiar with WordPress, it would makes thigns easier.

1. You can either make a custom page containing 5 different variants (like our demo) OR create 5 separate pages for 5 variants.
2. Here’s our page editor looks like: http://pasteboard.co/2OmIPhQs.png. You can drag and drop the elements to switch the layouts.

Did you install the SingleStroke post formats plugin. If so, there would be additional tabs on the post editor, you choose Video and then put the vimeo embed code inside the textbox.
Yes… SingStroke Post Format plugin is installed and activated. There is no option on the post pages to edit the video or the audio.. Is there a email I can send you a screen shot to show you that there isn’t a option to adjust or add vimeo or soundcloud at all? Why don’t you believe me? Seriously???

We logged into your admin pages, and you are right, the post formats tabs are gone. It seems the GoDaddy built in plugin causes the issue.

when I put other instagram usernames like @pepsi in the custom area and save.. it shows up and works just fine… but when I use my instagarm username it doesn’t work.. i get that error message..

It seems your instagram account is private, our plugin can’t fetch the data from your account. Please change your privacy settings to public.

It’s not configured from Page Builder, but from Customizer. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Footer.

You can use 3rd party plugin for multilingual webstie. Free plugins like: Multilingual Press, Polylang, etc. We are also working on making the integration with WPML (paid plugin) and planning to release the integration feature in the next update.
WPML is the most popular multilingual plugin for WordPress, but it’s not free plugin.

Hi Eric, I think iOS disable the autoplay feature by default, so the background video can’t autoplay on mobile safari.
