hey I am trying to import the dummy data and its giving me an error that this demo was created with old plugin it has to be created with the new plugin

If I buy this is there a way that I will be able to make copies of the original pages before I edit as backup. I noticed in some templates I have problems doing this even using plugins.
Thanks for your interest on Quasar Theme I guess you meant to build templates. Rock Page Builder can save your layout as template. You can do this in Rock Page Builder. Then load this template to another page. Or load it to same page if you want as well
Say I am on the about me page and I am editing it, is there an undo or redo?
We don’t have undo or redo. That is different then template design. It has to hold every move to be able to undo. We have RPB templates to save and load layouts. It is not a single undo but total layout loading and saving.
Let’s say I am on a page and I delete a part of the template, I preview it and I don’t like it, is there a way to undo that?
Let me explain this way. Let’s say you are playing a game. If you save your latest point and then make something crazy, you can load your saved game. The same works with Azoom. Do you want to do something different? Save your layout as template. Then do what you wanna do. If you don’t like it, load your latest save. But as I said, this is not undo move. This is loading your latest template save.

Thanks for buying Quasar Theme I guess your server got some upload limitations. You can contact to your hosting and ask them to increase your upload limit something above 10mb. Or, you can simply upload the Quasar Theme via FTP. You can find more information about FTP installation in our help file here ;
Although the theme is pretty neat, PrettyPhoto is not. Is not working anymore as it should, it doesn’t have next/prev buttons, galleries doesn’t work as galleries and each image in gallery is handled as single image (I guess that’s why the next/prev buttons are not visible), no overlay thumbnails, no title, etc. So basically the image is opened in the overlay, but that’s about it. It can be enlarged, but this option, even if I really like it and need it, is pretty useless to me since is enlarging the images outside the viewport.
You’re obviously very skilled, so how about picking up what’s left of PrettyPhoto Media (since in the WP repo is long dead and burried) and fix it and maybe even improve it? GitHub files (preparing for 2.0) are still available.

I really want to buy this but I know someone who has it and your demo curvy sliders and even any new slider they make, once saved they can not edit.
When they make a slider from scratch, when they import an element they can see the “image settings, animation delays and coordinates”, but when they save their animation and come back later, those options never show up again. The elements are still there (and the green dots) but the image “settings, animation details, coordinates” are all gone so they can’t change them. So when he wants to edit a scene later, he can’t, he has to start from scratch.
He wanted to modify your demo content, delete some elements, add some, but while the green dots are there, there are no options to delete one or two elements or increase speed etc. No “settings, animation details, coordinates” under any of the elements in your list, even when checked.
I am looking into a couple themes, I really like this but I don’t want to have to remake the curvy slider every time I want to make a small change to one. Seems weird to me that you can’t go back and edit? Is that right?

You can save or use our slider. And edit it later. Quasar Theme is always up to date. However, told you this should contact us directly. Because this issue is not related our item. He didn’t contact you directly because he stopped using it. He’s using another theme now. But I really want to buy it, he sent me a screen shot. You can see when an element is checked there are no coordinate settings beneath them. Only when adding an element but not after saving.

HI- My Quasar Custom Sidebars won’t save. If i create a new sidebar it gives me notification that it saved but if i leave the page and come back it’s not there. Also if i select an existing sidebar and try to save it, it reverts back to ‘no sidebar’ option. On the rare occasion I get it to save the selected sidebar option for the ‘woocommerce’ section it selects the the same option automatically for the ‘general’ and ‘strict’ sections. Any suggestion as to what i can do to fix this?

Your issue could be related to your server or plugins or some other setting. But it’s hard to find that without logging into your site. Because your support has expired we are not able to provide this type of support. If you want you can renew your support by purchasing support packs
Thanks for the response…I was thinking the same thing as far as server issue or plugin.. So i created a local environment and downloaded the theme again..Unfortunately I get the same error locally..I then used the original download i purchased I believe 1.8 and it works fine..Any suggestions on what it could be or how i may try to fix?
I’ve just made a fresh installation for this. It seems to save normally. This could be related to a lot of different things. Like I said, it could be a plugin, server or a usage error. Here is what I’ve tried ;
I went to Appearance > Custom Sidebars
I’ve made a new sidebar. And saved it
I went to some other page and come back to Custom Sidebars
New sidebar was there and working fine.
I’ve also selected different sidebars and saved.
And went to another page and come back.
And it was working fine.
Are you doing the same thing? Or are you doing something else?
We haven’t seen any issue like this before. Also we are not allowed to provide support to expired support users. That could be a 3rd party plugin issue. Try to disable all 3rd party plugins.

When we click the image of our team area it shows very huge image how can we reduce that or hide that on click and just show the paragraph about that team member and its social
That’s the same in our demo as well. Our Team Member element will show a bigger image when clicked on. You can of course remove the image by using some small CSS.
when I am changing anything and trying to save, it is saving…saving…. but not saving at all.

Hi XR how are you? just having a couple of strange issues.
Top menu text/link (upper right displaying a lot different to the header examples in theme options)
My main menu changes size on the home page but the other pages are fine.
That could be related to some different set up. Because we haven’t seen anything like this before. It could be related to plugins as well. You may want to try to disable all plugins and check that again.

For example to copy a scene 1 from the Application Sliders a scene 3 at The Home Corporate?

I’m having problems installing the demo. I had other theme installed, when erased (and all databse) to install Quasar, something happend because, first nothing appeared, now, I just can see a Blog’s page and Demo is not installing. Please I need some help. I left a message in the support.

I purchased Quaser theme a couple of years ago. Can you tell me why I have never received any updates from you, Envato or Themeforest despite this. Does the theme not have to be updated??? My website has now been compromised as a result and I am extremely pissed off.
I want to know what the latest version of the theme is and to be sent the latest one. I also want to know how often each theme is normally updated and why I have been sent no updates!! I am new to wordpress and only updated my wordpress installation and plugins. I did not realise I had to update my theme too. It never crossed my mind especially since I never received any updates or even notifications that my theme was outdated.
