Support looks like it’s pretty poor. Added a ticket and no response. Looks like I’m not only one with the issue but they haven’t/ won’t post the fix out – all similar issues I found are unanswered or not in public view.

Hi, I’ve been using your theme for my web page for a while and overall I am still very happy with it. However, I once decided to hide the header/menu from my page but I want it back. The unfortunate thing is that I can’t due to two ‘errors’:

1. My header image won’t change. It shows a broken image link since it refers to an old image, but I cannot find how to change it (neither site identity or header image has an effect)... 2. I cannot find the theme options menu under appearance, but I recall changing the ‘hide header after scroll’ setting and want to change it back…

Is this a bug of the theme, or am I missing something?

Hello there, all preview images on the builder are not loading up, making it practically impossible to work with your theme. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi, Love this theme and planning to buy it. But before that, just wanted to know if there is open menu option, as currently in all the demos I see is the burger menu. Please let me know on this.

The theme is so intuitive and looks so good, but the installation service is so bad, I hired this service to have installed the one click demo options because they didn’t work right, and eventhough they offer a ready to go installation with all the default setting, the service provider, theteamblossom and Envato Studio, said that it was plugin error and I had to contact with the theme developers. The fact is that the oneclick demo plugin is included in the folder and it should work just running the theme. If the theme doesn’t work properly I cannot say it’s properly installed so I’m afraid I have paid for this service for nothing, I am so dissatisfied with this service, with Envato Studio and the theme blossom, if you cannot properly install this theme, don’t offer this service so I have lost my money and my time with the 1 day express installation

I installed the theme and I’m trying to add new blocks, but this feature doesn’t works as expected. When I adds a block the feature add other block. Also some blocks are brocken.

Hello, I purchased the theme and I am looking for a block I saw in the demo and now cannot find it. Does this mean the block no longer exists? it is the 3×3 image block from the “online agency demo”

We are using wordpress STASH theme. We want to maintain Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level complaince.

We are using https://achecker.ca website to check for compliance. We are getting known issues, likely issues and potential issues as per WCAG 2.0 level A rules. We have solved known and likely issues.

Potential issues remain the same. Please advise on how we can resolve this.
