I wish I had read these comments before purchasing. I bought because of the “one click demo” simplicity and it has a huge white block on the homepage that I cannot get rid of? I was hoping to simply replace the content of the demo with my own. NOT good!
Also, I had backed up my site and then loaded the back up after uninstalling STASH…Now getting error and that site is completely gone! “Fatal error: Class ‘WPBakeryShortCodesContainer’ not found in ” Ridiculous TRASH!

Hi everyone, all issues related to website crash have been fixed and the update is available for download. Thank you all for your patience.
Installed and activated theme but cannot get demo content and plugins running without crashing the website. Looks like quite a few others have had similar issues :/

Hi, I think I have the same issue as everyone else. Theme crashes whenever I activate it. Can’t know why. And also, when I use the “OneClick Demo”, content doesn’t upload properly. Only headers and basic structure but the other components don’t.
Can’t guess why if you’re not opening similar ticket cases to public.

Hi there! LEt me start of by congratulating the author(s) for this amazing theme. Nevertheless, i’m having quite a struggle with the templates part in WPBakery VC. In Page Builder, the Templates section, the thumbnails of the Blocks are just missing – is there any fix? Thank you

I cant use this theme. Installing plugins crashes the wordpress site, including backend. Some plugins will not install at all (woo commerce) and activation of others makes site unusable.
I have lodged a ticket (30min ago) but am dissatisfied that I now have to put everything on hold for what otherwise should have been an easy process.
Looking at the comments above this seems to be a common issue, why is there no fix or answer to this in the FAQs???
Something went wrong with the plugin API. – can’t install theme! what shall i do? I see am not the only one who has a problem, send via email fix ASAP. I need to build project otherwise refund. Will not do any ticksy yet another account.
After a month people blaming on theme issues, you didn’t changed it???
It worked, Had to install each plugin separate and in the end it was on Woo commerce side – please check that. Works now

Theme still has a lot of bugs for example headers doesn’t work properly, if you select a type of a header. On Scroll – content goes on top of menu, rather then behind. Had to manually write z-index:999. Can’t add pricing table from Visual composer library, simple doesn’t work. And many other minor issues …

Why hasn’t my ticket been answered? I installed the theme into my Wordpress account and once theme is installed I begin installing required plugins, and it says theme plugins dont work. And my website crashes.

How to create the menu like http://highgradelab.com/stash/tech-company/ ? The demo content doesn’t include that. And the font-family is not the same
