For some reason the full editing option i had for editing the back end has dissapeared, it has no options available only few. Can you let me know what is wrong. See screenshot for top of the page and the bottom of the page. i could edit before, now no options to edit the front page are showing. i have sent a support ticket and still no reply. only the front end editor is working

On desktop its showing mobile menu, i want primary horizontal menu bar. I can see that menu bar in demo sites but once installed its still showing mobile menu right side top bar
