Hello Magentech Team, 1st of all its a nice theme with bundle of features. I have bought this theme and built my store but now I am facing one issue. Actually my product name are longer and this is why the layout of category listing page is getting ruined. Can you please tell me how can I limit the number of character so that all product’s title in category page display in one line and can maintain the proper layout. Actually in SM Tab Listing settings, I can able to define the limit of product title character which gets display in homepage. But I want to limit the character in product category page so that each and every product title in any category page displays in one line rather than displaying in two lines. Actually if all title displays in a single line then it looks nice.

Hi guys,
Im still working with your theme, almost finished. Now im setting up pages in four languages, i actually deleted a few of yours through database querys.
I noticed at start that when i navigate to customer service, there is a little customer service menu in the left. That menu is now gone, i just dont figure out where that menu came from? Should i just create a new static block for those pages or is that menu called otherwise?

Hey guys, when changing the language per store front. For example i got 2x english (naming no1 English and no2 Eng)
When i change the language to ENG—> this happens: /images/flags/flag-eng.jpg instead of /images/flags/flag-english.jpg
Very amateur question but im wondering what automatically changes the jpg file name? How do i restore this no matter what the title for the language is?

First off all: theme looks great! As I work with loads of different themes, my opinion is that Magentech themes are big time-spenders. Please look for an import function in the backend for blocks, pages and menus like Ultimo has. That will bring a lot of more customers in my opinion.
Another point is the installation guide. A lot of themes have a installation guide of another SM theme.
For other customers I also saw some wrong html in de guides, like a forgotten and that kind of stuff.
With this theme also the same problem. I can’t get the Testemonial slider working. All testimonials are displayed, and there are no buttons to shuffle around. Please give me the right content for the slider-testimonials block.
Last question: I saw there was an update on october the 14th. What are the changes?

It’s also not possible to get the DEALS up and running. Looks like a problem with different language setups. In the guide you are using 10/10/2014 and our setup is 10-10-2014. No matter what I do, there is always an error message: End Date Must be greater than Start Date!
Please give me a quick and usefull respons on above questions, otherwise I need to look for another template (refund), because I have some deadlines…

I don’t have a ticketnumber. I even haven’t got a confirmation. It’s because I dont have an account at magentech I guess… Anyway I’m thinking of a refund because there are more errors coming out. Now the carroussel doesn’t work in the Deal extension. I guess it’s the same problem as the testimonials. I tried loads of things, but all items placed below eachother, instead of a tab/slide…
Another big frustration is that my error log is getting bigger minute by minute with the following error:

Yes, it is. You can easy to set left and right sidebar in the boxed version. All the configuration in the back-end. However, you only should use 2 columns with boxed layout to get the good look.

Evening, I am looking to buy this beautiful theme. The only thing I would like to know before hand is how do I, for a bundle product hide “qty” / “price” / “check box” (to deselect my default choice). I have a website that sells hampers, so I want it to force them to “buy” a group of items with out a choice. Thank you for your time. Regards, Keith

In order to the customer can buy a group of items without a choice, you can use Grouped product, instead of Bundle product. Grouped Products display several products on one page. For example, you can make a grouped product to display all four sizes. Customers can select the size(s) they want and add to cart from this page.
