Hello. I’m talking to support but I don’t think they understand me. The theme says it has 18 demo layouts. I installed SUPRO and when I accessed my site it was all blank. How to make a demo layout visible completely? Thanks!
Hi,
If you want to use any layout you just need to import it. In the theme package, you will see a folder called “Homepage Demo”, which contains homepage layouts in xml file format. To import it, you need to go to backend -> MGS -> Page Builder Setting, here you will see “Export – Import – Restore” section. Please use Import feature.

Hi, is PHP 8.1 compatibility planned?
I have try to upgrade to Magento 2.4.4, all woks fine under PHP 7.4, if I try to switch to PHP 8.1 there are some problem.

I just updated from 2.3 to 2.4. I can’t get it to run on any 2.4 version. Compiler always gives me an error.

Our developer checked sometime, but we cannot reproduce the error you reported. All working fine, did you update patch for magento version after you upgrade magento?

Hi, yes I tried it with a fresh installation of Magento. And also used the patches like described in the Readme.txt. I also tried that from 2.4.0. until 2.4.3. Same result for all versions. I then tried it with Magento 2.3.7 which worked fine. I don’t really know what to do about it now.

Hello, I noticed that in the brands page, the brands isn’t listed by alphabetical order. There is an option to set the order in every brand you save but what about if you dont and just want to appear in alphabetical order? is there an option?

Also I noticed a VERY BIG issue on the brands and brand pages. When you hover on the brands logos you see the number of all the store products and not the specific by this brand. The same when you open any brand page. Please have a look: https://magento-19266-0.cloudclusters.net/brands

Bug: Stock status is not showing on simple product. But are only shown on configurable product if enabled stock status fronted. This bug also exsist in the demo of supro.

If you want to set any attribute to display in layered navigation, you need to edit the attribute and set “Use in Layered Navigation” to “Yes” and make sure you added it to attribute set.
