The particles effect works properly on my end. Try adding the “Call to action – Particles effect” block into a test page. If the particles aren’t visible, please open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at your install.
Hi, so the particles work just fine. They are not visible in the edit/preview page but once I opened the page normally it works. But still, how can I change the design of the particles?
The Particles element options are limited. We will add new features with the upcoming theme updates.

Try opening the Particles element settings (use the Backend editor as it’s more intuitive for this particular element) and check with the options.

1. Head over to your site admin area > Sway > Theme Options > Header > Side Panel > check with the settings.
2. You need to edit the WPBakery grid templates. Head over to your site admin area > WPBakery Page Builder > Grid Builder > open any template > locate the Read more text and edit the module.

1. Due to copyright issues we are not allowed to re-distribute the images used on our live preview websites. All images are hosted on our servers. If you want to use the same images you need to purchase them separately from Shutterstock.
2. The theme doesn’t offer a white label feature. You can, however, edit the theme core files and change all Sway refferences.

Pre-sale question… is it possible to change the color of the waves in the separator div? Those animating gentle-waves are nice but they are all rgb 255 and I would love to add some color to the faded ones. But would that require editing the template file for the feature because I would imagine I need to then apply separate classes to the waves I wish to target and change?

Thanks for writing in! Changing the waves background color is not possible with the current theme settings. I will inform our developers about this and we will add this feature with a future theme update. At this moment the waves take a white background color with 0.5 opacity.

Very nice theme. We want to purchase this, but need some info on the illustrations used in the Marketing demo theme. Are the illustrations used in the home page of the Marketing demo included with the price?
Also, can you point us to the source (for these illustrations) as we want to check if there are more similar illustrations available for purchase to use with the Sway theme. We need at least 20 such illustrations for our site.
Finally, I hope the theme is well documented so that we can refer the help files and set this up quickly.

Thanks for writing in and for your interest in our theme. The images are not included in the theme package and are hosted on our servers. Due to copyright issues we are not allowed to re-distribute them. You will need to purchase licenses for each image if you want to use them on your site. You can find the illustrations on istockphoto.

It appears you have used WP Bakery and not Elementor. We prefer Elementor because all our landing pages are built on it and it’s easier to use than WP Bakery.
Are you planning to release an Elementor version in the next 1-2 months? I believe it’ll be very popular considering the large user base of Elementor.

Hi, I’ve been using the theme (Sway) for a while and it’s awesome Just a quick question – when I click Sway > Updates on the dashboard (to check for plugin updates), it says I don’t have permission to view that page and then makes the Updates option disappear from the menu.

The Updates menu link is a default feature of WordPress. Clicking on it should redirect you to a plugin update page. If there are no updates available and the Updates link is still visible this means that you have a caching issue. To rule out any theme-specific issues, try switching to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme and test.

Hey guys, I’m curious why you only have two options to change the sidebar button – primary or secondary – with no custom color option and why you can only add socials to a top-bar, not the primary nav. Why is there no option even to choose header layout hierarchy such as middle logo side menus, etc.? I feel this theme, as well made as it is, is limited in some strange areas where most aren’t and limits application without custom code. Any plans to add additional options in future updates?

Hello. I am thinking about buying the sway for my food blog but still got few questions.
1. I wanted to run a pagespeed test on the food blog demo. Unfortunately the page is redirected to other template. Do you have a link to the food blog demo so I can check it out?
2. The desktop speed on the mentioned demo (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/sway-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-with-page-builder/full_screen_preview/30082633?_ga=2.114977028.26499359.1636975800-1992022185.1636644307) is quite impressive but what about the mobile? The “Time to Interactive” is 12.3 s on mobile compared to 2.3s on desktop. Is there a way to speed up the mobile version?

Hi there, The theme’s shop and products pages aren’t being imported? The default WooCommerce template is being used, but I want to use Sway’s custom templates (like this one: https://www.swaytheme.com/store/products/?template=woo-minimal&woo-3-columns-sidebar&woo-sidebar-left&woo-9-products).

You can make changes to the shop page layout in Theme Options > WooCommerce. You have separate options for both the main shop page and archive pages (categories and tags) and also for the single product page.
