Hello dear developer, I have a problem with my Portfolio section. Nothing appears in my portfolio section. Unless I update the portfolio settings, then everything starts working well. But after few days, I will have problem again and my projects (portfolio section) does not show any project. It seems no data is fetch from database. What is your guess? How can I fix this? I like this template but the portfolio section doesn’t work. Please kindly help.
Hello, this happens to us with different caching systems. For example when we activate CDN and a Caching Plugin. If you installed any optimization plugins, please try to clear the cache when this happens again and see if this is causing the problem. Thank you.
Hello dear Key-design. I have emptied the entire cache and everything is working again. If after few days I face the same issue (my portfolio doesnt fetch from database) what do you recommend me to do? I have LiteSpeed Cache and it was there all the time. I do not install any plugins other that the original WordPress and the ones from your amazing Sway Template. I am against plugins because it slows down the website, therefore I just keep the original default WP cache and Sway template cache. Please advise if I need to do any change in my website in order to avoid the portfolio section showing null. Thanks for your amazing Template and lovely support.
There has to be an option on your LiteSpeed Cach to exclude pages from caches. Please try to exclude this page only and it should work. Thank you.
Hello dear, I want to change my social links in the SWAY>THEME OPTIONS>Business Info, but nothing appears and i see an error :

Try disabling the KeyDesign Addon plugin and activate it again. If this doesn’t help, please register and open a support ticket.

How can I change the content of the TOP BAR? There is a top bar settings at “Theme options” but I cannot find the way to change the “+1 212 946 2700 | Help Desk | Why Sway” content.

Hello. I would like to ask you how it is about licensing. I am creating website for customer, but I have to do it on my server. For example – abc.radeknolc.cz. But then I need to move it to example.com (totally different domain). Do I need to buy 2 licenses even one (from abc.radeknolc.cz would not be used at all) or is it ok to buy only one? So I use the theme to developing on my server, then remove it and move it to distribution domain?
Hello, you need licenses only for live websites ( not for dev or subdomains ). As quoted here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular “You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.”

No, only one since abc.radeknolc.cz doesn’t need any extra license.

AND restart apache.
