I am very intrigued by your theme, but I can’t find/understand if you have the following features:
1. Before the user gets to the shop page, is it possible to show all or some of the shop categories in the form of a tile with a category image and the category title?
2. https://www.swaytheme.com/documentation/article-categories/getting-started/ is it possible to create this page with your elements?

1. You have the option to display porduct categories with the main shop page. This is a default feature of WooCommerce.
2. That’s the theme documentation page. We are using another theme for that site.

Hello,
You have the option to select between the primary or secondary logo image for the transparent header. Head over to Theme Options > Header > Logo > check with the “Transparent Header Logo Image” option.

This is normally a permalinks issue. You can resolve this by navigating to your site admin area > Settings > Permalinks > hit the “Save changes” button. This will refresh the permalinks cache and resolve the 404 error.

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, RTL is not supported at the moment. We will consider adding it in future.
But it says that it support and compatible with WPML plugin
RTL styling is not controlled by WPML. WPML handles only language translation and adds a few elements to trigger the theme to load the RTL styling.
So i can have the website in arabic by using wpml but there is no elements or styling to support that?
Yes, that’s correct. The theme is not optimized to be used for Arabic websites.
