Few pre-purchase questions.
I got theme from client, but I also want to purchase copy for myself. I have few concerns.
1. Is it compatible with Polylang plugin? 2. On projects, can gallery images dimensions be changed? 3. Why Related posts are not showing beneath portfolio post? Is some plugin controling this or it need to be set up in Theme options. Because it is checked YES under portfolio item. 4. How does support works?

1) We have some customers using it, apparently it seems to works fine with our Theme.
2) You can change this from the thumbnail settings
3) The related post should show if there are other projects in the same category.

Hi, guys. I can’t load live preview. At one time it is loaded, at another is not. Do you have a mirror?
Perhaps the problem is only in my region. It works through a proxy, but with errors in CSS. Subjectively, these links are loaded faster. I have a such problem only with your hosting.
Really strange, we are using WPengine and CDN it should works fine. If I can ask from where are you trying to access our website?

Hey, still love the theme but I have some problems with translations. i’m using the wpml plugin. It works perfectly with the pages but in the templates (portfolio, staff..) there’s no option for adding a translation. any ideas? Thanks for your support!

Can the animation icon be changed. When switching true pages you get an animation with the fox logo in a circle that goes from 0 to 100. Can that logo be changed or can that anymation be disabled?

There are some functions within the Visual Composer plugin which are not available in your theme.
Specifically: Media Grid, Post Grid, Post Masonry Grid and Masonry Media Grid.
These are native functions of Visual Composer; and even though we updated the theme and the plugin to their latest versions these functions are still not available.
How can we solve this problem? I need this functions. Thanks in advance

Hi,
We just updated the Theme to the last version. But now im having a problem with the visual composer. When i click on the “edit” button of a module, the popup editor windows appears in the bottom of the page (offscreen), instead of the middle of my current screen as usual. Is there anyway to fix this, its realy annoying.
ps: Im not the user who bought the theme, just emailed him asking for his user name so you can check.

Go edit your page and scroll down until you see the page options box, then change use transparent header to yes.

Hey – getting a weird issue. I installed this on a fresh WP and when I try to download Wordpress Importer and activate – I get an Internal Server Error. When I delete the plugin on FTP, it goes away. Any thoughts on why this is happening? I’d like to import demo content preferably!

Hi guys! This theme looks really cool, and I’m very interested in purchasing it to put on my current website. I run a lifestyle blog, and I like the width of the blog, as well as all the possibilities I could add to my current site.
What I would like to know before I buy is, am I able to add a large header at the top of the page, then have the nav bar, then have an image slider, before it splits into the two column blog and sidebar? I want it to look pretty similar to the site I have now, but wider. I know you’re busy but it would be so great if you could have a look at my current site ( http://www.barefootbeachblonde.com/ ) and just tell me if this same layout is possible with The Fox.

We checked your website, in fact using Thefox you have to option to add a top image/ slider before the navigation or after the navigation, so you wouldn’t be able to do both without small modifications, but our team maybe able to help you since you would just need to add 1 line of code.

So would that be a customised extra that I’d have to pay for? The header with the name of the website really should just sit there, I’m not even that worried about responsive at the moment. Also, with the slider is it possible to change the height so it is similar/same as the slider that I have now? I really do just want it to look like the website I have now but wider so my images look nicer on the site. The width of the blog is just perfect (850px) and I’m really happy I found one that looks like it’s going to work so well!

If you delete our theme woocommerce template the theme will use the default woocommerce check out page, which is in one page but the design won’t be the same as the one you see on our demo.
