i am facing many problem with this template, -first i cant install any theme and this message always appear to me ” There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” -the error email i receive from WordPress says that i have a problem with a plugin called “T2G Theme Dashboard” but when i try to fix it nothing happens. -the WPBakery plugin is not updated yet also i cant login to the support page, i received an email to set the password but when i follow the link an error page opens, I’ve tried to reach out through email but no one is answering me.

Hello, I have an issue. I installed the DEMO content, but am having trouble editing the section above the footer (Most Viewed, Most Loved, Top Rated) Especially the AD block to the right of these blocks, There is no setting in the ADS Manager to remove/change this AD, I have went through every section and removed the AD, however, it is still showing.
If this is the “FLY OUT” AD, that was removed and is no longer showing on FLY OUT, but still shows at the bottom of the page next to those sections (the default DEMO ad), I can find no way to remove this, or edit this section in general

Answering your questions: 1) Yes you can embed video from another website but it will not work as Youtube and Video with automatic url to video conversion. You should add a video parameter in your video post like [video url”” width=”“]. This will allow to embed any kind of video.

Video can be hosted on YouTube, Vimeo but also on your server if you plan to use mp4 files.

what if we don’t want to use it for step-by-step recipe and just import YouTube videos & playlists from our own channel and showcase with its descriptions on each video
and is it possible to import different (3rd party) channels list/videos as separate series/category??

one more question, will the Automatic Import also pull all the description and tags from youtube post???

the automatic import will pull the video id and description. You need to use another third party plugin in order to retrieve the thumbnail.
Currently there is no automatism that will trigger the playlist update but I think that you can get it with a cronjob on your server.

I opened a ticket, we cannot play the mp4 self hosted videos. Please get back to me so we can see what video formats this supports, Im in a tight jam.
Ok we found that if you create a post, save it and then open it in bakers you can edit and add youtube, and vimeo videos. Not self hosted mp4 videos, please get back to me and let know if there is anything you can do about this.

Currently you can’t have series within a series.
You can make a subscription base website but you would need some third part plugins that aren’t included with the theme.
Regarding series, you can create as many as you need. No limit at all

Thank you. On the live preview i looked at HOME V2 and saw a series called ‘business series’ which had a group of series within it. It looks like a series within a series. ( which is great if right…thought i’d check again). Also re subscription plugin…it is doable but not included. Is the plugin easy to add. Is there a tutorial somewhere for it? Appreviate the help.

What you are mentioning is just the category of series and not a bunch of series inside a serie
Regarding the subscription plugin we have no tutorial ready but theorically you could use all the subscription/membership/restricted access plugin on Vlogger. You would only need some graphics tweaks to fit the plugin layout with the ones included with the theme (Mainly CSS code).

One last question : As well as a membership plug in, could members then also have a ‘watch later page’ to help them put the videos they like on to their own unique page?
Hello! Vlogger includes the watch later functionality. Once activated the related plugin, an icon will be added on videos.
