Your question is really too big to answer but Let me be as much as honest with you.

You need Dreamweaver or only Notepad or one of the countless free HTML editors online to modify this HTML template. You need to Open HTML files in those – edit the copy. Open image files in image editor change those and either save using the same file name or update the image path in the HTML to a new name and just drop ALL files in the template into your host root directory.

Being the author may (it is NOT obligatory so do not assume it) be able to point you in the right direction with this stuff but again please be aware that buyers here are purchasing a working a site template not a tutorial in web design and while site templates on here are relatively easy to modify if you understand a little about how HMTL/CSS works there an assumption of some form of knowledge before purchase. If you don’t have knowledge then either you can learn it from https://tutsplus.com/ (JUST for example) or you can always hire someone to help you.

I can now disable the SVG loader, but I think you may be hiding text using CSS and then displaying via JS and that text won’t be displayed if JS is disabled.
