If we just remove Color Customizer (demo purpose) with other minor changes suggested by the tool to the template. Page load time will be at least less than 4-5 seconds.

Color customizer provided on the Demo site is not included with template files. Color customizer is just demo purpose only. However, you can find how to change colour in the documentation.

The straight answer to your question is Not Included LESS or SAAS files as we have not made this template using it. We may include them in future but honestly not planned on it.

Now as per current arrangements, We have imported CSS files in one base file just for an example (plugins-css.css http://themes.potenzaglobalsolutions.com/html/webster-responsive-multi-purpose-html5-template/css/plugins-css.css) similar to LESS and SASS so that you can simply remove unnecessary CSS file imported line from one file.

Some questions are going on for in debate personally me and my team is the great fan of the modular approach to writing CSS but here we used the mixed approach as we are looking into target audience who majorly wants to create their small and simple website in an easy way and get the benefit of modular approach too.

That’s not to say that the modular approach to writing CSS doesn’t have a home with smaller projects, But in our opinion, it’s a little like using a sledgehammer to hang a nail for a picture so the mixed simple approach is good to make the simple website with the benefit of a modular approach in an easy way.

No, It does not have any builder functionality and we are not planning to have one because

1. First is a “Bound-in effect” for us means you just take an example of any page builder there are certain rules you need to follow to design. Now once you have designed and there is new thought or you want to do something more creative than you have to think to update the page builder. Let us say you update the page builder then you must have to maintain the backward compatibility with it.

2. The second reason is “Slow Loading”. Yes, here I am talking about slow site speed as unwanted code make huge file size when you use builder which result in performance at end business will be slow.

In summary, we cannot bound our design team to any rules or limits and we cannot afford slow loading or unwanted code as we are targetting the huge audience.
