It’s the ticksy support system, which we have no any infuence over it. And also we keep getting news ticket every day from our clients without any issues. However, if you support time is expired, then you need to renew your support.
Also, we’ve explained on how to get set the Blog page on our documentation. Once you select your Blog page as your post page: http://prntscr.com/kwj0gw you’ll have it. You dont have to do anything else as the demo blog page comes defaultly.

Just updated the main Proland theme, although I am using the child theme, it seems to have messed up the header and the google map under the contact form no longer works. Is it possible to roll it back or install the old version?
Seems some items have come back, any way to get the google maps to work? Is it a widget?

Hi, I cant do that because my support is expired and your system does not allow create a ticket. Can I send purchase code via email? The settings is very difficult to understand, Im trying to work with your doc – but links video not active. https://www.screencast.com/t/RSQhPSBHX, and doc about form creating – only says what you can create in this section, but there is no step by step instructions.
My point that I don’t want to extend support (to create simple “how-to” questions as a ticket) because of lack of information in doc.

You need to use child theme and add Proland 404.php file, you can change this file via child theme. There is no option to control theme 404 page without child theme.

Hi, I want to use Pre order / PayPal template but your theme missing explanation on how to customize top menu button / forms: • 1)How to edit “pre order now” and/or “buy it now” at the right corner of main/ top menu. • a)A window opens with the available product where I can chose the color but it doesn’t give you an option to chose the size(even though available sizes are shown) and/or a quantity of the product(like one watch or 2, or 3). How can I do that? • b)When product is selected and button “checkout” is pressed it opens a new page /form that is asking to provide name, email, address and country. -After pressing “Finish purchase” where is all of this collected information is stored? - How can I connect Mailchimp or any other plugin to collect this info? - Can I be notified via email that somebody did a require? 2) When all this information is entered and “finished purchased” a message in green is visible: “thank you for your message! Your message have been sent”. – How/where can I add it message “thank you for your message! Your message have been sent” – How I can add a PayPal button after that asking to pay a down-payment? I decided this theme sucks after manually installing it.. I wish envato offered refunds on hot messes.. because this theme is a complete waste of money.. it def is not worth the asking price.. maybe half the price for newbz that dont know what a $40+ theme should offer in customization. this theme talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk.. thanks for trying to help though
