There is a big security issue. When you install the theme, with no modification, you leave it for 12h, it gets hacked: on mobile the website redirects to spammy website. Is there a fix for that?

Hello there I am trying to open a support ticket on you ticksy site but it is not recognizing my purchase code, so I am writing you here.

On my site using the Proland theme: www.thewatergater.com, I noticed that while loading in mobile,​ the site only loads for what would work if holding the device horizontally. If I am loading vertically (which I usually am) – the content appears properly, but the menu does not conform to the size of the screen, it is way off to the right and I either have to scroll off screen or zoom out – where you’ll notice that the content doesn’t adapt.

If the site is loaded while in horizontal mode, the site works perfectly for mobile. If I turn the phone after the site is loaded between horizontal and vertical, no matter if it was loaded in horizontal or vertical, it fails to be responsive.

Did I miss something or is there a setting throwing off what was supposed to be a responsive mobile theme? Is it because I’m using a shopify button/cart? If so can I fix this without removing shopify?

I still cannot get it to work header, and the navigation bar. Padding and margins do not work, even in the “demo data” installed according to instructions. On the phone the result is too bad.

Tell me to do so that the header and the navigation bar, look the same a the demos of “live preview”.

Visual Composer issue. When clicking on “Edit The Product”, Visual Composer keeps loading but never opens the settings window. It never opens any of the settings for any of the page sections in Chrome and Safari. How can I fix? Do I need to purchase a separate Visual Composer license?

If we incorporate WooCommerce, does the cart icon show up on the header bar and how does it look? How can I access the cart from the main page? Thank you!
