Transparent Header for WPLMS 4 Playground DEMO is not working!
Even if I follow the exact settings to replicate the testing site for the production site – nothing seems to be working for the production site, although there are both installed on the same environment using the same WPLMS 4 demo.
The production site was first installed using WPLMS DEMO 2 before it got migrated to WPLMS 4 playground demo, whereas the testing site was installed directly from the WPLMS 4 playground demo.

ok, there are ways roll back, the best way is to keep a backup for the update. The major update is from version 3 to version 4.
Hi there, we are all getting a blank white screen on all mobile devices (tablets and phones). Sometimes even students using laptops and PC are unable to access the dashboard.
The dashboard takes forever to load on laptops and PC forcing all users to refresh several times before accessing the pages. This has been very frustrating over the past month.
We have already raised a ticked and tried your chat feature on your website, but no assistance of yet. We have also shared access details so that you can have a closer look, but still no assistance.
What to do now?????

Hi a quick one on EventsOn for ver3.9.9 . If I click a specific course on events page, should it lead back to the course ? Is there any way I can accomplish this. Currently its not happening. None of the events are cloickable …using bundled Events ON.
The events in eventon open inside the calendar itself and also have a single event page. If clicks are not working, check if minified scripts are causing issue. We can check your site and see if there is some javascript error causing the issue. We are facing two problems right from last 3 years

1) How to change the color of this Because in this color combination students are unable to find it
2) When a student gives the quiz everything is fine but when they reattempt Some questions are already attempted (Some repeated Questions) Note: this thing is tested hundred of times with different students So we suggest the student Please change the browser or Device or clear your cache and temporary files for reattempt

1. Update WPLMS version 3plugins to latest version, also check if some custom css is overriding the default colors.
2. In version 3 quizzes (non-react) the question attempts are saved in browser, although they are cleared when a student re-attempts. Please check the version of vibe course module plugin.

We have not yet added this tutorial, but you can add the google maps prject api key in WP admin – vibebp – settings
but how i can add it in member directory because in tutorial this option appears but in my option it doesn’t
Edithe page in elementor and you should see the option to show google map if you added the project api key.

Hello, I am trying to build a multilingual site using Polylang and Loco Translate (Spanish, English, Greek), i added the languages on Polylang and also make a language switcher. On Loco Translate i used the allready installed language files (.po/.mo) for WPLMS theme and also for VibeBP, MPLMS and buddypress plugins. The problem im facing is that when i switch to Spanish every WPLMS and buddypress content stays in English, both side menus and content (e.g. Profile, Courses, Achievements..). *Im accessing those through Loggedin Dropdown menu. I allready searched in your support page and tryed some of the potential solutions with no luck. How can i make this work?
Did you try with WPML plugin ? video For polylang we will have to create a video similar to that of WPML, so that the REST API calls are able to detect the language parameter.
