Hi there, when installing the 4.9 package from the download I am getting an error from the installer saying “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.” I am uploading the wplms.zip file from within the uncompressed WPLMS4.9 folder, but it seems the package is not quite right?
I have sorted this. It installs as a theme, not a plugin. My bad!!
Is the theme and plugins compatible with WordPress 6.7? It’s been a while since the last update. Do you have any information on when a major update might be released?

Hello, I am setting up a website, but in the dashboard page the items are duplicated in spanish and english for example I have Panel de Control and Dashboard – Courses and Cursos – Actividad and Activity.

Check your profile menu in the WP admin – Appearance – Menus section. The menu connected to the profile menu, likley it has duplicate items.
Hello Vibe Themes I have a purchase inquiry If I buy the WPLMS Theme plus the ’’All Addons pack 1 site lifetime access’’ for all premium plugins, please explain clearly what it means, do I have to pay anything in the future for support and updates again or is it a one-time and no more payments is required?
Is the Lifetime license the same as the Ultimate license per your support terms and product policy?
Yes, all the updates are free of lifetime, we have users using the product & plugins for over 10 years now. The support for the theme is provided via ticksy, but you can always contact via email for the addons etc.
One Last Question For Vibe Themes Do your theme and plugins support WordPress Multisite Features? Specifically, does your WPLMS Theme plus the ’’All Addons pack 1 site lifetime access’’ for all premium plugins bundle support WordPress Multisite? Because I have 2 student groups (Adults & Kids) I want to use multisite to separate the service delivery to them separately but using the same business name and domain. Yes, multisite is supported. check multisite demo : https://demos.wplms.io/multisite/ we also have groups & Batches supported, you can use it for grouping users as well.

Item support guidelines clearly say 24 hours. We will not be approving this refund request. just becuase theme uses shortcodes, does not make a valid case for refund.
U have already responded twice, between guttenberg and elementor and the shortcode use its not what we were looking for.
You have a choice to use elementor version, reset and re-install the theme with wplms blank child theme for the elementor version. If you need help we can setup the elementor version, pelase update on the ticket.
My client has already decided to move on, we need something working right out the box. We didnt want to use elementor. Its something that could not be figured out until purchased and tried live with our developers. I dont get the issue with approving a refund. I really dont. Its just good business.
You are asking a refund on a WordPress feature which apparently you don’t like. You can simply remove the shortcode and use static text. Unfortunately, this is not a reason we can consider for a refund. 1 business day is already stated as support time. This is not a free trial.
Its not just one feature my client didn’t like, i just thought it was unprofessional to list them all here where future customers could see. No worries, i will consult envato, as ive purchased hundreds of themes from them, this is the first time an author has made such a big deal for a little $75.
Please list them on the ticket and we can work on it.

2. Also, I understand that there is Zoom Integration is that a paid addon? The Mobile App Generation NOT PWD is that a Paid addon also?

I am extremely disappointed with this theme as it is nothing like the demo. I purchased it yesterday, and I demand a full refund immediately. This is nothing more than a collection of plugins thrown together, and it does not meet expectations or match the description.

Unfortunately, the structure and functionality did not meet our expectations. The codebase is disorganized, making it challenging to work with, and many of the design elements and features appear outdated compared to modern standards.
We had high hopes for this product, but it has been a disappointing experience. We kindly request that you process a refund as per your refund policy.
No problem, I understand our product is not for everyone. Since this is a large project with lots of features and majority code wrapped under the react App which is minified you will not be able to view any source code.
On top of it, this is cutting edge headless solution, a PWA with iOS & Android apps all inbuilt into the code. This is not a traditional WP theme. Traditional WP developers prefer simpler products which are PHP based solutions, this on the other hand is a Fullstack solution.
The design is built using Elementor so it is upto your skillset. Approved.

Look for a condition that checks if the class is already defined, such as:
if (!class_exists(‘ReCaptchaResponse’)) { class ReCaptchaResponse { // Class code here… } }
If this check is missing, add it before the class declaration.

elementor 3.26 latest update is giving an error with vibebp Version 1.9.9.7.7
fatal error is : “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “Elementor\Core\Schemes\Color” not found in /home/mar/public_html/bli.com/wp-content/plugins/vibebp/includes/elementor/profile/field.php:106 ERROR”
error appears in: dashboard page does not laod.
Unable to replicate this issue, elementor works perfectly and dashboard load flawless in the demos, no errors reported in error_log. Please create a ticket to check your site. Google search suggest this to be a PHP memory error not a code issue.

Yes it is possible. Few users are already using this. Just keep the WPLMS Header style in Appearance – Customizer – Header to default.

Can the points obtained through the inbuilt gamification function be transferred into Gamipress to be used as a transactional coin in Woocommerce? Or does the inbuilt gamification function work with Woocommerce to use the obtained points, as Gamipress does? Thanks in advance
Inbuilt gamification points are not connected with Woocommerce or Gamipress. But, WPLMS has its own Gamipress addon and a myCred points addon as well.

Hi I have a problem with the cart in the menu – it is not visible.
The second problem is the avatar not being displayed. I added a basic avatar, but it is not displayed (the location is wrong)
