we have to create a player in fv player dashboard and it will give the short code something like [fv_player_id=12] and we have to paste this short code in units. the issue is that the player looks like loading indefinitely and not playing

Pay per view is not available at the moment. Pay paer video bundle is possible.

Please check if cart page is connected in WP admin – WooCommerce – settings. Also upgrade woocommmerce and upgrade the woocommerce database, currently the product pages are not opening in your site. Also re-save permalinks at WP Admin – Settings- PErmalinks
My Google Ads are getting rejected due to, “Disapproved: Malicious software” and they provided http://themes.vibethemes.com/wplms/skins/default/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/static/admin/img/blank.gif as a reason for Disapproved. Most likely reason is that you are using demo content and there is reference to above link. The above link is discontinued from 3 years.Check the 404 page in your site as well.

course manager Mr hola sign up to my website as a course manager
mr hola log in and purchase voucher code (10 different codes) which generated by the system each course required 10unit to grant access.
Mr Hola now in turn give the each voucher code to each student ( 10 students using 10 vouchers bought by mr Hola)
the student will use the voucher at check out to purchase course.
Mr Hola as a course manager will have access to monitor the progress of the students who use his voucher only . please is this achievable?

Currently there is no way, but we understand that as the site grows there is going to be a lot of unwanted data. We have plans to create an archive outdated data function.

The issue is not resolved. It actually got worse after you made some changes on my website. When you adjusted how the Vibe Carousel appears on mobile phones, it destroyed how the Vibe Carousel appears on computer screens. I recommend that you don’t only view the changes that you make on a mobile phone, but also view the changes on a computer screen. Please check the support forum topic for more information. Thank you.

I am using WPML. How to translate VibeBP Profile Menu? When I create a translated menu for VibeBP Profile Menu, all the menu in Arabic and English disappears.

Just remove from the menu which you have set as profile menu.

ok please check if different profile menu for Member types is enabled. If enabled then you need to edit the profile menu which is connected for the member type. Can you share a link to your page and share student details which we can check this.
