my support is expired and still waiting for the budget to renew it from our finance
we have this issue that when student submit assignment they received the notification right? and they are waiting to be evaluated. however when student visited the assignment again that is currently under evaluation both instructor and the student receive another email notification that the student submit assignment again, could you help how to solve this issue?
is kinda confusing from student and instructor they receive the same email when they first summited the assignment and another email when they just visited the assignment itself
could you guide and help with this matter or need to new my support?but as i said im still waiting from our finance for the budget. Thanks

thanks for updating the code and its working now
however we have new issue after implementing it

1. All touch point is working fine except for ” Assignment Submitted by user ”, before implementing this student and instructor is receiving Email notifications , but now both student and instructor is not receiving anything eg. for instructor : student submitted the assignment xxxxxx
for student : you submitted assignment xxxxx

2. I check both spam and promotional inbox in our Gmail for both student and instructor but nothing showed there.


I tested again by removing the updated code https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/lock-assignment-after-submission/ , and ” Assignment Submitted by User ” touch point is working the way it is, so i think something that triggers from the code thats why both student and instructor is not receiving anything.

There are so many functions in this theme. Where can I see visually the functions? I don’t think the demo is not showing the LMS functions unless it is not working. If there is a link or video, please share with me. I would like to see all the functions before I buy. Thanks

I have some several questions which are important for me to decide if I buy this theme: 1) Is it possible to use the back-end (https://demos.wplms.io/app/) but buy another template and use this other template as front-end? 2) Is it possible to book an instructor by invoice? 3) Is it possible to style the colors, fonts of the back-end? 4) I know it is possible to make different user roles, but can you also decide what each user role sees in the back-end? 5) Is it possible to sell courses without using the back-end?

What he needs:

1-they want to have courses that will be available for a specific amount of time after the user logs in to the system

Courses – after logging into the system, they are available for 1 month – up to 3 months

1. Please clarify which log-in time are you referring here. Like First login, second login, or login of current session ? Yes you can set duration of the course to 3 months after they join the course.
2. Yes introductory videos can be inserted.
3. Yes, you can upload.

Is it possible to customise the Quiz scoring? I need the quizzes to have “multiple correct answers” and to score this way: Every option selected correctly gives +1 point, every option selected wrong gives -1 point; BUT the result for one question can never be negative.

So, for example:

Select correct answers

A – (is correct) +1
B – (is correct) +1
C – (is not correct) -1
D – (is not correct -1

I the user selects A and B, he gets 2 points for the question. If he selects B and C, he gets 0 points for the question. If he selects C and D, he gets also 0 points for the question.

Hello. I have a general question. If students attend class via Zoom meeting, can the admin check or keep track of the attendance of students?

We have an attendance addon for this. Add the Zoom unit in a course and enable attendance plugin for the course for the particular day. The attendance plugin will tell who all attended the meeting.

This is by default available in WooCommerce. Enable this payment gateway : https://prnt.sc/v3nmqp , now when someone orders a course, you just have to approve their order and they’ll be assigned to the course.
