There is definitely a network and connectivity issue of your server with our servers. We do provide setup and in some cases we also setup the theme for you as in this case the demo content was not loaded. There is an alternative available but it is slightly technical, if you need help, we can setup the demo for you. Just post a request at wplms.io/support
