I wish you would have completed this last year, it should not have taken this long for this customisation, especially when this was almost complete. Right now we are inundated with v 4 support and are not taking any customisations, so it might take some more time.
Hello, Already follow step by step about login with firebase, but didn’t work. I only configure the google and facebook login. When I click the “Sign in with Google”, pop-up windows appear just a second, and then disappear and nothing change or happen.

I have question about WPLMS Phone auth.
Is following items possible?
1. Users Can edit phone number in profile with verification code.
2. Users Can register with Phone from woo checkout and sync with woo phone field.
3. Login with phone number and password.
4. Older users must set up a mobile number after the first login

I recently bought WPLMS theme. Pls confirm if all your demos are V4 supported? means i can choose any and deploy site? or i need to use academy/ base only and work to ensure I am using latest version.

I am still reviewing all demos to select most viable one. Kindly suggest which are best recommended ones for MOOC with all latest plugins supported and optimised to latest updates? Academy looks latest but i dont see lot of options there hence it is a bit confusing for me to select. Kindly suggest.

Hi When a student takes the quiz for first time, and after that he/she wants to reattempt the quiz, there should be a minimum gap of 10 days before the student can apply for retaking the quiz.

Hi I have added some custom registration fields from Users>>Profile Fields>>Add New Field(in base).
When the user fills the form and then clicks on “Register” button, the user gets redirected to a blank page with this URL: DOMAIN.COM/register/profile/edit/group/
How do I change it or make it work?

Please check if you are using any third party plugin which may be causing this. The above is a BuddyPress link but the WPLMS functions a little differently as it is a PWA.

1. I am making a page with an element plugin. But the page I was working on was either missing or changed differently. Could this be caused by the collision between the element plugin and the wplms theme? 2. I want to create multiple cohort groups. And I would like to have one teacher for each group take care of his members. Is it possible? 3. If a user applies for an account, is there a way to automatically register as a student without the permission of the WordPress administrator? 4. Can he select a specific group when applying for an account? Or could we provide a feature that allows him to select a specific group from his dashboard?

1. No, the Elementor plugin functions independently.
2. Use the WPLMS Batches plugin for this : https://wplms.io/support/article-categories/wplms-batches/ , compatible with version4 as well.
3. Yes, you can import the users in bulk right in the Course via csv upload.
4. Yes, we have customis registration forms feature which allows you to select the group/batch you would want to enrol into.

3. Yes, that is the default functionality.
4. This is possible via Custom Registrations forms feature. You can create a custom registration from and set that anyone registering from that form is assigned to a group. You can also enable the user to select a group to which he would be enrolled into.
