Hi!
I have two “featured” posts, there is a grey pin icon on thel eft of them and in meta it says “Featured”. I have tried everything to stop this but do not find a way. I have shifted pages back and forth and purged the chache, but I guess the solution lies elsewhere.

Hi friend! This morning I checked the social media share icons below posts. All was fine except the Facebook icon. When pressing it, an irritating Microsoft window pops up asking for a little more information about who I want to share with. I do try to keep Microsoft at a distance, but have Office installed on my computer and use Windows OS. Not sure if this is local. I tried in both Brave and Chrome browsers and opened even Edge, and all was like that.

Is there a way to upload and install my own fonts? I have them in the woff format, it looks like you have fonts stored in the framework directory, but they don’t seem to be working, and I can’t seem to get them added to the typography drop down list of fonts.
Any suggestions? Where I can install my own fonts?

Hello, it worked and it increased the size of the image, however the title/exerpt moved down as you can see in the image https://prnt.sc/13hpmg6. I just want to increase the image a bit, but keeping the exerpt and titles in the same place. Thanks for the support!

About the first question, thanks! I’m looking forward to it. It is not a big problem, but I really want to remove that feature. About the second point, I mean the menu at the top,I would like to increase its height, but currently it is not possible from what it seems.

Hi and thank you. The Writing thumbnail is in the menu, but it will not open the window. Strange. There is no window to put the code in. Could you take a look at that when you get the time to look at my mobile version, which you found missing (I sent the password as you asked) – I asked about why there is two icons for the slider bar.
Updated: Now it works Not sure if I did anything different this time or maybe you changed it, then thank you!
Updated 2: The problem came back, but now the code is in, I just need to edit it. It should be possible to send screen dumps in here, would be easier to see what I mean.
Update 3. If I click away from Audio and then back, the window opens, so all fine. I am also pleased that it is possible to put other sources then Soundcloud on top like that. I tried from New Books Network, but then another problem presented itself: There is too much space between the audio window and the post title.

OK. I am not able to get the sidebar back at the computer version. I am not sure if this is a theme issue. Earlier I just had to change to a theme default page with sidebar, but nothing helps now.

I manage to get the sidebar back by making the site wide larger.
Great, however, we will improve the experience in the next theme update and clarify when the right sidebar will be switched to sliding sidebar it gets switched to sliding sidebar when width is less than 700 so that the content still readable.

Hi again! I need the title of posts to use blocks or at least be able to change font size etc. Is it possible somehow to move to blocks and still have the meta data below the title? (On a general note: Will the demo version in the future be all block based or is that not possible? I am just a bit scared investing in this theme if too much of what makes it so good will not be future proofed).

Sorry. I think now that I misunderstood something about the post titles. So I will rephrase my question and maybe this is not theme specific and it that case I will look other places. So here it goes: Is it possible to have different fonts and font sizes and other editings in the titles of the posts? And is it possible with hard line shift in the post titles? Or something to that effect? Thanks for your patience

Well, you can style the title using tags like <em />, <i /> and <b /> but I think you want something more complex, can you please send me some examples so I may consider adding them to the theme?

I did try to find the solution in the comments before writing this. The slide bar icon in mobile view shows both in the right side of the site title and below on the right side of the social media icons. I would rather only have one of those, does not matter which.

I purchased your theme recently
I am having some technical issues with some elements not showing in the post.
The video in the Video Post is just a black screen and the Gallery in the Gallery post doesn’t appear at all in the post.
I’ve installed and activated the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, and I’ve set the version to legacy to see if this would improve the general behavior of elements, but that was not the case.
With ALL plugins deactivated except – Writing Core- plugin, I get this message:
“Right now, you are using a plugin to support some old code in this website’s jQuery JavaScript library. That code is deprecated, meaning it is basically obsolete and is losing the support of your themes and plugins and WordPress itself.
This plugin, called Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, is not a fix. It is a temporary solution to give your plugin and theme authors time to update.
If you get warnings, please check for updated versions of the plugin or theme that generated the warning. There will very likely be one you can install. When you have updated your plugins and themes, and there are no more warnings, please deactivate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.”
Which means the problem is the Writing Core plugin.

I just bought the Writer theme and begun with setup and stuff. I just saw a little positioning error with the search and sliding sidebar icon. The search icon seems a bit offset and lays above the icon for the sliding sidebar. Only in mobile view. This results also in a bad UI because of the overlay the sidebar icon isn’t really clickable anymore.

Dear A-Works, About a month ago I requested a refund via Envato for my Writing theme purchase (bought 2 weeks earlier). Since then I have sent 4 reminders which the Envato automated message says they’ve forwarded to you. But I have had no response from you or from Envato to my request. Let me say that I have no serious complaints about the theme but it is simply not what I need right now from a Wordpress theme for this project. There was no trial available so I had to make a blind purchase on reviews only. So I am definitely not criticising the theme, but I am a little annoyed that I have had no response from anyone.
