Hi, I am having a problem after activating WP-Rocket. My theme, which was working perfectly before, now does not show the sliders on the website, neither in the front-end nor in the editor. I have purchased three licenses with you, but this is the first time I am requesting support to solve this kind of problem.
I have tried several solutions, including uninstalling everything, restoring the website and starting over in a clean environment with no plugins. There is no such option, because according to the Envato licensing terms and conditions the usage of a license is limited to only one website and there is no need to have all demos on 1 site. XStore provides the option of 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purposes per purchase code. Hello… I have a little problem with sidebar filter by categories (i’m using this demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/furniture3/).
I have lots of categories with subcategories (for example: Furniture -> Accesories ; Bracelets -> Accesories… and the filtres are ordered by name, non-hierarchical so when they have to tick a category they get something like: Accesories Accesories Accesories
It’s there anyway to make them in hierarchical mode (parents categories -> subcategories -> subcategories of subcategories)?
Or… if u can tell me where can I find the code for it I can try and change it myself… as it is now, it’s useless.
