This is the first time that I wrote to ask for help, but anyhow, i will not renew the support.
Please go to Appearance > Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” , then on Edit page, on right you will see the full page menu and the full page options.

One more thing, why doesn´t the smtp in theme options work? I tried to configure and it doesn´t work, I downloaded wp smtp as in one of the comment I read but it is not working, I talked to my host and everything is perfect there.
Some SMTP is not compatible. The fastest solution is to use a contacts plugin like CF7. Regards

In fondo a ciascun item c’è il menù per richiamarle ma, quando si visualizza la singola categoria, nel titolo, anziché il nome della categoria appare il titolo dell’item Come posso risolvere? Grazie

My header images on every page are blurred I have tried using recommended size of minimum 1920×1080px but the image is just as blurred as smaller images. How do you make the image fit without blurring?? Where is the documentation on this simple matter??

I think everyone should have simple to follow documentation so they don’t have to ask you for support every time – as you know it costs time and money. http://wordpress.framework-y.com/documentation/fullpage-documentation/ is very unclear and wastes my time. For people who want to solve the blurred issue on the image at the top of the page in composer mode the resolution 1280×720px seemed to work for me.

Yes it is extremely easy. You have two options:
1. Via WordPress Delete both Hybrid Composer plugin and the theme and upload and activate the new ones. Done.
2. Update the the theme and plugins files via FTP. Done.

Buongiorno ho cancellato una lista e l’ho ricreata, ora quando aggiungo un item appare una pagina bianca. Come posso risolvere?

Sei sicuro di avere impostato i contenuti della lista? Vai Lists > Tua Lista e sotto il titolo, archive link, trovi uno spazio per creare la pagina. Inoltre sul singolo elemento della lista (Edit item) in alto a dx puoi cliccare l’icona del lucchetto per aggiungere i contenuti.
I contenuti sono stati impostati tuttavia non appaiono, neanche parzialmente. Conosco il sistema del lucchetto che è un’ottima cosa ma, a regime, la lista dovrebbe essere aggiornata con una decina di articoli a settimana non è concepibile fare tutto questo lavoro ogni volta.
Invia gli accessi WP a support@schiocco.com e verifico. Grazie

You can not update the theme in that way, you need to do it manually via FTP or WP

Dear Schiocco, i’ve as webhoster for one of my customers a problem with his webbuilder. The used Y theme, 1.4.2. Continous there are sqj injects. The webbuilder would fix it bij moving to another server, not a a solution of course.
I read your post where you advised another person to upgrade to 1.4.7 so the webbuilder dont see the nessesery. In that same post you wrote that a temporary ifx is to replace comments.php in the theme map en index.php in the Hybrid Composer map. I like that fix for now, but i’m nog the owner of the temlate and they dont take the problem seriously. Can you maybe send that files to me? Of course i understand you can’t give me the full update, so im am not he buyer, but with 2 files i can’t do anything else then deescalate te situation.

To fix the security issue please update both the theme and Hybrid Composer plugin to the latest theme version of 27, July. You can update the theme and the plugin via FTP or, to do it via WordPress, delete both the theme and Hybrid Composer plugin and install the new theme. If you do not see the Hybrid Composer plugin installation message install it manually, it’s inside the /inc/ theme folder. Always make a backup of the database and of the theme and plugin folders first.
You can also update only the affected files: comments.php into the theme’s folder and index.php into Hybrid Composer plugin folder.
This hack should only affect the database “siteurl” option, so no files should be affected, you can restore the website by update the database record on wp_options table, record name: siteurl

Please do this:
1. Restore the old theme and Hybrid Composer plugin (1.4.6 or less) 2. Manually fix the affected file, edit index.php into the Hybrid Composer plugin folder and delete the row “add_action(‘wp_ajax_nopriv_hc_ajax_save_option’, ‘hc_ajax_save_option’)”;
To get further support, due your support period is expired, you need to renew it. Anyway with the above solution your site will be safe and secure and will work again as expected

Thanks! I’ve removed the affected row from index.php hopefully the site will not injected again. For sure i also install the word fence plugin. Better safe than sorry!

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/y-theme/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 20USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).

THEME SETTINGS

REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Buongiorno, sto ricostruendo il sito con una nuova installazione; ho reinstallao wordpress (ultima versione) e scaricato il tema aggiornato dal mio pannello di controllo. Ho provanto a creare una lista (prove) ma l’archive page anzichè usare il titolo della lista usa quello del primo articolo (prova 01). Come risolvo?
Salve, modifica la pagina archivio e inserisci il titolo manualmente, mi sembra impossibile che la pagina archivio visualizzi il titolo di un post, se accade e’ perche’ non hai impostato nessuna pagina archivio.

Vai su Lists > Servizi e da li imposti la pagina archivio. Poi vai sulla pagina archivio > Modifica pagina e inserisci il componente LISTS POST TYPES – GRID LIST, apri i settaggi del componente e scegli il tipo di box che preferisci.
