I am trying to add the demo content from eligance travel demo data, i can import the data but i then get a rev slider error.
I have noticed this in the INC folder but it doesnt auto load through to the site.
Could yoi insert the demo date for me please and the rev slider as i cant get them to work, i have created a username for you as below.

Hi, please manually install Revolution Slider and then try the import again, you can also manually import the slider from the above zip file.
If the demo import has problem please insert one of the demo.zip files at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/ytheme/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.

trying to import demo content and it’s got a amber bar saying “Install and activate Hybrid Composer and the other required plugins before start the demo importing.”
the only required plugin was Hybrid Composer which I installed.

Hi, I installed the theme on a fresh wordpress installation, installed the Hybrid Composer Plugin, but i’m unable to import any demo content. It says that all the steps work(ed) but after the last page reload, there is no content whatsoever.
The php settings are as follows: PHP version 7.3 max_execution_time = 180 memory_limit = 160M
What could be wrong? Or is there any other method to import demo content?

Probabilmente il c’è qualche bug perchè il tema non me lo fa caricare tramite zip (dice che il tema è scaduto) ma solo spacchettandolo e inserendolo io nella cartella dei temi. E revolution slider proprio non riesco a trovarlo da nessuna parte. Grazie

Ciao Federico, successivamente al aggiornamento di wp, sto avendo problemi con il plugin “hybrid-composer”. In pratica non riesco più a creare contenuti, sia nelle pagine che negli articoli. Provando a creare un articolo “senza” l’uso dei “moduli” di composer, ricevo questo errore:

Ciao, puoi risolvere disabilitando WP_DEBUG su wp-config.php oppure scaricando nuovamente il tema da qui, eliminando Hybrid Composer plugin e installando quello nuovo che trovi dentro la cartella /inc/ del tema. Ma ti consiglio la prima opzione, per la seconda fai un backup completo prima.
Grazie Federico, per la rapida risposta. Sul file confing, WP_DEBUG è “FALSE”. Vorrei “evitare” di reinstallare il tema, anche perchè avevo un pò di personalizzazioni. Come posso risolvere questo problema ?
Puoi editare il file /wp-content/plugins/hybrid-composer/components/post_types.php e rimuovere quel codice, oppure sostituire solo quel file con quello della nuova versione.
Oppure posso correggere io il problema ma in questo caso e’ necessario rinnovare il supporto oppure contattami via email a support@schiocco.com e posso risolvere il problema per 10e.

Buongiorno, sto creando una gallery con lightbox. Ho usato una gridlist con l’opzione images list ma non tovo l’opzione per inserire le didascalie nelle foto. Ho anche provato con lo stesso componente ma co l’opzione advanced list, in questo caso nella lightbox si vedono le diascalie ma nella lightbox non si vede più la freccia per l’avanzamento delle foto. C’è qualche settaggio paricolare da fare?
Salve, purtroppo non esiste la funzionalità che vorresti, o mostri la didascalia o hai la gallery con le frecce, ma non entrambe. Posso implementarlo con una personalizzazione del tuo tema via codice ma c’e’ un costo aggiuntivo di 15e.
