I just cant find where I adjust the area AFTER the header before the content, or I guess the padding around the header title bar.
Pls Advise.
Actually its on the Category pages that the Title bar has no padding. On Post pages it looks great!

I am trying to visit the Theme Fusion website but connection times out and the page does not load. I live in Istanbul. I’m not sure if this is only related to my location.. I just saw a comment from another customer from Turkey that has the same problem.
Since I figured this out, the site that I am using Avada Theme also got slower.
I’m sure you have many customers from Turkey. We’ll be happy if you add this issue to your list.

Hi,
I’m looking at purchasing your theme. I have looked through all you demos and features and I wanted to confirm if your theme can do pop up windows? Ie when the user goes to click out of the page a pop up window appears and offers something or if they have been on the page for a set time a pop up menu appears offering subscription.
I hope I have explained what I mean properly

We do have a modal popup, which will show a popup when the user clicks something, like a button or text link. For example, see the button on the bottom of this page: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/home-version-1/
And if you’d like one to popup after a certain amount of time, you can use various 3rd party plugins for this. OptinMonster is one of the best, there are a few others too.

I still didn’t see a pop up window on the version 1 link you sent me (not hte kind I was after anyway) but I checked out OptinMonster and yes that is exactly what I’m referring to. Eg when a person goes to abandoned the page and a subscription/offer comes up. Do your pop up windows do that or are they purely informational to what you hover over? Thanks

But OptionMonster works with the theme, so you could combine both to get what you want.

I have a pre perchase question before bying the Avada theme for my new website. We want to make the homepage when you open the screen that customers see the short banner picture and below that nog 3 but 4 or 5 little pictures from our services we sell. So 4 pictures with each one a header and a links to subpage to read more information.
We only see AVADA axamples with 3 or 6 little pictures below the banner picture, so my question is….can we create 4 instead of 3 subppage picture links on the homepage next to each other but smaller? Or 3 in the first line and 1 or 2 more in the second line? Or must it be 3 or 6 or 9?

Is anyone else having trouble with Fusion Builder not working on Avada 3.8.4? I was told it was a PHP configuration problem on my server but all the PHP limits have been updated to the required levels, caches flushed, etc and still it does not work.
Support is slow to respond. I’m only posting here because the community forums are read-only so there is effectively no community available. In fact I’m not sure what the point is of having community forums if the community is not allowed to post to them.
I love this theme but am getting very concerned about how unprofessional it is making me look to my client. I finished their site two weeks ago, noticed there was a new theme version, updated and BOOM Fusion Builder is broken, I can’t edit any of the pages and dare not go live.

The community forum was only temporarily closed for new posts and will reopen soon. It was a measure we had to take for a few reasons, the main one was because many customers assumed we provided support there and were expecting a response. We do not provide support there, only through out ticket system. And with our major update we just had, thousands of users were posting and not understanding that official support is provided through tickets, not forum.
I tried to look up your username “alexmead ” but it has not purchased Avada and is not registered on our site.
What is your support username? Our support can be a bit longer on weekends because we all take some time off. There are still tickets and replies given all weekend, but we just do not work as long 
We have not seen any reports of issues with FB as long as the PHP configs are set. We will gladly take a look for you if you can submit a ticket for us or provide the ticket # and username of one that was already sent in.

Sorry – I didn’t realize my machine was logged in under an employee’s id. Mine is hmmclark. I’ve actually purchased Avada twice so far, I think, for different clients. I have a ticket open but my client is getting impatient. At this point I think I am going to have to roll back to the previous version of Avada because we have fixed all the PHP configuration settings per information from support and Fusion Builder is still broken.

Pre sales question make or break for me… The theme looks so great and V interested in getting this ….I have an important question that will help me to hit the ground running with it.
I have set up a sub directory folder with wp in it I will add your Avada theme, then get it looking how I want and add in a few pages of content etc and menú names…..
•Please help and explain the procdure to transfer to root domain folder * when done I am not sure though the simplest best way to add the new Avada site (subfolder) to root current site when I have got your theme the way I want it looking etc.. **I am new to all this
I will obviously need to bring (transfer) Avada and the content (I have added etc from working with it over in the created sub folder) and need to know best way to have it now over to my current live site main Root folder (where my old live site is right now and hence now Avada theme will become this new live site
How please to best DO this and every thing etc transferred ok i.e. content several pages I added and layout the images used and menú names and sliders used.
Would it be plugins to transfer for best way? And if so what free ones best do this ( Sorry I have no clue what to even look up and find that does this) and do I have to rename folders or créate anything still even with plugins?
*Bare in mind I do not want to delete old site…. I also need to take old current site from root directory to new sub directory and use as referance and copy still pages hence still able to open it over Word press to use as reference in copying more pages over to Avada
I Need to learn how to do this as a few sites I have hence, If you can make my day, explain for me or give me link to a Guide you have, let me know frre even plugins that will do this etc I will go ahead and get this Theme of yours!

*Stunned you don’t point me to any plugins, or info you have for such frankly an obvious thing many people want to do and créate first over in a sub directory.and clueless…how to switch judging by all the countless hundreds of folk who ask just like I have…
You have just lost several sales as I wanted to do this as mentioned to several sites not BUY first then ask you ! sorry not how I work and game I am playing let alone others keen to get your theme i.e. also 11 club members put off by that remark who also wanted your theme and change their current one over. Hello support, quick question which I can’t find the answer to in the documentation – how do I increase the default page margins and padding at the sides? I want to increase the white space at the side of each page (I’m using boxed page layout) so the text is further in from the edges of the box container.
I can see top padding adjustments in the theme options but nothing for side padding or any margin adjustments.

2: If we use the “Avada Ads Widget” the images are all under each other (4 rows / one column) and NOT like expected two per row

You can use a rev/layer/fusion slider but the full screen mode will only work when the content is on the top.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to create a full screen slider in the middle of the content.

Hi I have a pre-sales question – please help!
I am interested in using your theme because it looks easy to use for my colleagues who do not know coding very well. However the big feature of the website I will be building will be galleries. I will need to create small grid galleries that can sit alongside text e.g. 1/3 = gallery, 2/3 = text. Do you include an easy widget or page builder element that can create something that can do this? It would need to be able to display images of a certain category as well.
